Since moving to Cottonwood I have refused to see a massage therapist because I was spoiled in Phoenix for 5 years with my own therapist. Having said that, Amber is truly amazing at what she does. I felt very comfortable when I walked in and she is extremely laid back. The heating pad on the bed was really nice. I wasn't sure what to expect from a prenatal and she went thru everything before we started. She targeted my hip muscles and all of my prenatal pains and I walked out feeling so much better. I highly recommend Amber. The massage couldn't have been better and I can't wait for my next one!!

We all chose the 90 minute aroma spa. The Massage at Southwest was great and the stretching that they do with it was really good! This is such a cute place on the inside very homie and smells very spotlight. But outside is the extra treat you don't expect. Save a little extra time and go sit outside after your spa. It's very zen like. When we arrive, they gave us a glass of iced Thai tea and afterwards when we sat outside, they gave us some hot Thai tea and fruit. It was amazing. We had such a lovely time. I highly recommend this place.!!!

I cannot wait to return for follow-up treatments. I plan to include STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION massage therapy into my lifestyle moving forward on my healing journey to health and wellness. I met Rick July 2024 only 48 hours after I euthanized my 12 year old rescue fur child. I was burning up mad with grief and unable to relax enough to eat or sleep. Getting his 2 hour massage was life altering, It was such a profound experience that as soon as I moved back to Arizona, I scheduled with Rick again!
