We found Tim 7 years ago after a bad experience with a previous pet sitter. Before we found Tim, we had been ready to cancel a trip because we were no longer comfortable leaving our dogs with the pet sitter we had been using. We found Tim, called his (glowing) references, had him over to meet our animals, and we hired him at the last minute. Since then, he has probably stayed at our house at least 25 times over the years. We have had our dogs stay at his house several times as well. Tim is very flexible and accommodating. Our dogs love him. He probably takes better care of them than we do. We never worry at all anymore when we have to travel because we know they are in very good hands. We would 1000% recommend him to anyone who is looking for the absolute best care for their fur-kids!

Our meet and greet was great and I felt fully confident having them in our home and spending time with our kitties. They let us know what they needed and made everything super easy! Every day we were sent a summary of the visit with photos. Two of our cats are much more outgoing and warmed up to them very quickly. They played, got brushed, and were clearly very well cared for! I was really impressed with how they cared for my cat Hutch. He's very shy so they only saw him a couple of times, but made sure to let us know that he was eating and using his litterbox. I really appreciate that they didn't hunt him down and make him uncomfortable. He gets bad dandruff when he's stressed out and when I came back he was completely dandruff-free! Patty, the owner seemed lovely. I wasn't thrilled about the size of the crates 6x4, but figured we could do a trial run for 1 night before his actual stay. We agreed on a day and time for me to bring my cat and the day before she asked if I could come at 9:00am instead of 9:30am because she was heading out for 2 hours at 9:15!! WHAT?? She thought nothing of having me bring my cat who had never been there before, shove him in a crate and the leave right after he gets there for 2 hours? The whole point of me bringing him was for her to meet him, see how he does. When I asked if it might be better to bring him later that day when she would be around, she said no I'm having company!! Again WHAT?? How much attention and time was she planning on spending with my cat who would probably have been frightened as can be. I would NEVER bring my cat there and I'm so happy that I learned what she's truly all about beforehand. Looks can be deceiving!!
