Billy worked around our schedule to meet at his showroom and helped us evaluate all of the various options. He even recommended specific pillows based on our sleeping positions. Billy again worked with our schedule to deliver and install the mattress. After a few nights of sleeping on the mattress my back pain disappeared and has not returned. Four plus years and counting! Ordinarily that is where might end but we recently initiated a move to a new house. I remembered a long ago conversation in which Billy had offered to supply the boxes and bags for moving the mattress to a new location. True to his word Billy happily provided the boxes and bags and even coordinated to leave them for me to pick up.
