Dr. Haroush was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease during a stressful situation. A special thank you to Marissa and Evelyn for all of your help and kindness throughout the visit. You both went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. Because of this wonderful experience, you've gained a lifelong client. I truly appreciate everything you've done for my dog and our family.

I see reviews about his prices being too high as well as him habing an attitude. First of all, you get what you pay for. His knowledge and skill. And he is HONEST, not rude. I understand It may be higher than some other vets as mentioned in a few reviews but the level of care, skill, and attention he provides is absolutely worth it. He was FARRRR more thorough than ANYYY other vet we saw. While others missed critical signs that costs my other bunny's life or just hesitating during the my pets exams, Dr. Haroush carefully listened to my bunny's body with a stethoscope, examined her FULLLY, and caught what others overlooked in my past animals. His confidence and care made all the difference. My bunny, "Pumpkin" who is female WOULD BE GONE if it wasn't for him. (No exaggeration) Dr. Haroush truly cares not just about animals, but about the people who love them. When my bunny needed emergency surgery, he was willing to work with me financially and gave me a generous discount to help save her life. That kind of compassion is rare so cut him slack. For those who say he only cares about money that couldn't be further from the truth. If you're expecting top-tier medical care, understand that it comes with a cost and rightly so. I was initially overwhelmed by the price too, but now I'm beyond grateful. His skill and dedication were worth every penny. He saved my bunny's life, and I will always stand by that. Professionally stitched without swelling after obstruction surgery (DURING critical Gi Stasis) She hasn't pooped for 30+ hours or eaten for 24+ due to this obstruction he removed in a timely manner. He tried recommending medications to try on my bunny to see if it can past through naturally before doing the surgery. After doing an x-ray and seeing the clump did not move after administering the meds he prioritized my bunny and started surgery asap. I am grateful she pull through. Thank you.

I've used PAGG for dog walking, taxi service, grooming, daycare, training and overnight care. My husband and I adopted a dog 7 months ago and arranged for a daily Monday - Friday dog walk the moment we brought him home. Bryan is our walker and I've had the opportunity to observe Bryan with our dog (Bowie) the 1 day of the week that I work from home. Boy, does Bowie love Bryan! Bowie, like most dogs, will be apprehensive if someone just walks into our house. But, not with Bryan. Bowie runs to him with tail wagging knowing full well he's about to have a good time on a nice walk. Bryan is professional, timely, very pleasant and a trooper with the best of attitudes (even when it's pouring rain and he's soaked, he's got a smile on his face). Bryan leaves us a note every day so we know how Bowie was and what he did so there's no mystery when we arrive home. I couldn't be happier to be in Bryan's territory. We've also sent Bowie for daycare and overnight care. I've visited the facility and noted what a clean and fun place the dogs have to be in. We've also taken advantage of the taxi service which really is, as PAGG's website says, the ultimate in convenience. Taxi service is timely and dependable. One if the best things about daycare and overnight care is when your dog is returned and you see how sated they are. Bowie is SO mellow for a day or more after returning. It's no wonder though as you know he's having so much fun running around and playing while staying on site with PAGG. Bowie is a German Shepherd mix so he doesn't require complicated cuts, etc.. but he sure does shed. The furminator treatment PAGG provides really does the trick and he always looks so good and smells great when we ask for him to be groomed while staying on site. PAGG really understands that our pets are our family. Nicole who owns PAGG is the most responsive and professional service provider I think I've ever had the opportunity to hire. And, being that the service is for our furry family member, the responsiveness and "can do/no problem" style really is priceless. Nicole runs a tight ship and you can feel confident that your pet is in the best of hands. I feel truly lucky to have access to PAGG. If you are considering becoming a client of PAGG, I can promise you that you won't be disappointed!

No videos to see how my dog is doing and I thought the owner could be annoyed with my checking in on my 18 month old puppy. I liked that they required Bordetella vaccine and fecal test every 6months I was correct though the owner Nicole was annoyed by me calling and asking her staff to watch over my baby , I'm just an over protective pet mama who loves her dog so much. I was the same way with my previous dog as well. I was told today not to come back with my baby 18 month old dachshund because I am too much of an overprotective mom and it puts too much pressure on her staff and I guess her as well. My outlook is it was meant to be. But I will agree with any bad reviews of the owner Nicole being rude otherwise for that not a bad facility.

But none of this would be possible without the exceptional guidance and personalized help we've had over the past several years from the team at Good Dog. Do yourself a favor, and sign up for class today. You won't regret it! Here's the reality... I had no idea how to train a dog. I thought it was something you do for a couple of months, and maybe you get a dog that listens to you. But Anne's approach of really helping dog owners understand dog psychology and effective techniques for breaking skill-building into bite-sized chunks helped me reshape my thinking and develop the patience and consistency needed to get an incredible result. I never dreamed that I could have a dog that listens as well as Sierra. How well does Sierra listen? Well, her recall is so good that she came running up 2 flights of stairs when I previewed the video I chose to include in this review. Just from the whistle in the video. I thought that kind of behavior was outside of my abilities to achieve. But Good Dog helped me realize that training a dog doesn't have to be a burden -- it's a lot easier than you think. It just requires consistency and a bit of oversight from a knowledgeable expert. Point is... You could have this for your dog, too!
