After my dad died two years ago, I spiraled into a deep depression. My organizational skills were never great to begin with, but my small condo was turning into an episode of Hoarders and I had no idea where to start. I felt like I was drowning. Enter Actually Organized. Wendy and Wendy came and conquered. I can't believe how fast they move. As someone with ADHD and executive dysfunction, I am amazed by their abilities. I have learned so much about the organization process just by watching them in action. Most importantly, they were kind, patient, and non-judgmental in a situation when I was feeling immense shame and grief. I cannot recommend Actually Organized enough and can't wait to have them back to conquer my kitchen. I am so embarrassed to share a "before" pic, but I want you all to see how incredible their talents are. And this is just a FRACTION of what they did. I finally feel like I can breath again. Ok, I'm gonna get back to weeping now.

On my most recent move, I had a couple of issues come up afterward, but their team followed up, apologized, and made sure I was taken care of. That honestly matters a lot to me. Things can happen with any company, but how they handle problems afterward says a lot. In my experience, Piece of Cake made the effort to resolve everything and make things right. Their movers have consistently been professional, efficient, and good at what they do, and based on how their team handled everything, I'm comfortable giving them 5 stars. If any issues do come up, their team will make sure you're taken care of.

They damaged my furniture, and when I contacted the owner, he had…read morethe audacity to blame me for not supervising his employees--despite the fact that I was busy running other necessary errands during the move. He then claimed the damage could not have been caused by tape because they "don't use tape," which is completely untrue. The evidence is obvious: they did use tape, and when it was removed, it peeled the paint off my furniture and left sticky residue all over the metal parts of my bed and my modern furniture. I hired this company based on their positive reviews, but it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Poor handling of furniture and even worse customer service.

We needed to work on our garage and couldn't find a way to work through the utter mess that was in there. Rachel came in with structure, incredible organizational skills and a kind approach that helped us accomplish a miracle in our garage. We went from being unable to access anything inside to having ample room and a place for everything. She was able to look at the space and see the vision of how it had to look. By the time she left us, we had the necessary tools to make sure we can also maintain the space from here on out. If you are considering this, it is well beyond worth the investment. I will for sure come back to her to continue work in other areas of my home.
