These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

Of the quotes we got, they were very reasonable and they also had appointments available relatively soon. The person who came for the quote wasn't sales-y either which was a plus. I won't go into details of the various hurdles to communicate with them but it just wasn't very smooth. When they came to do the attic fan first, they told me they could only do that because the whole house fan had not arrived yet. Then they installed it and forgot to install a switch which was part of the quote. When they came to do the whole house fan a week later, again they didn't know to install a switch for the attic fan. I also had trouble with the invoice. Ultimately, they had a good price and did good work so I'm satisfied but just couldn't give them 5 stars because the overall experience was a little clunky.
