My daughter and I tried this place today. Welcoming, quite pretty lobby area. My daughter had a…read morebasic facial ($120) that she said was exceptional. I had the 50 minute massage ($129). I thought the therapist had really good technique but the overwhelmingly loud music (something called tribal beat) made really relaxing very difficult, and that was without my hearing aids. People were all professional, friendly and very nice. I guess my issue was mostly a cost/value issue. I thought the prices were really high. Both of our treatments were holiday gifts. I think my daughter would go back but I just can't justify it. Guess it just comes down to what you are used to paying.

If you're fortunate enough to have her do your makeup, you'll get a professional job and you'll wind up looking beautiful. And I know beautiful is an adjective that gets overused again and again, but in this case, it's really true. Just check out the photos I've included with this review and you'll see what I mean.

They were fantastic. Even though this was a bare basic wash, they treated me like a queen. I felt so special and spoiled. I almost completely forgot about my health situation. The braids were wonderful too. They were the right amount of tight, beautiful, and they lasted for a very long time. This was a huge blessing-more than Bella Salon and their staff will ever know.

I went to her to have my blonde roots done Since I've had bad experiences in the past, it's always dreadful to get my hair done by someone new. Once she started foiling my hair I learned she hadn't done color in many years due to a skin allergy to the chemicals. This freaked me out!!! You haven't done color in years???? What??????? So I trusted the process but then came time for a toner. She had to ask for help on what to mix and how to put it on. She said she's been doing hair since 1988 but she seemed awfully timid So I got a nice trim. She does a good cut. But as she blow dried my hair., all could see was black roots. Not sure where the bleach went bc I walked right outta there with massive roots still. So once again, bad experience with a stylist. See pics posted of my hair the next day :-(

While I would have appreciated a call letting me know in advance that the appointment would be later than expected, the employees were all very kind and Taylor did an amazing job with my eyebrows and my sister's. Also, she was so quick that we weren't even late for the obligation we had afterwards--despite the late start to the appointment. Will be going back!

The Benefit Brow Bar never lets me down when I need an eyebrow wax. I've been to this location at…read moreleast three times and the results have always been the same. In the past, I have just walked in and hoped there was an appointment slot open. I usually had to wait 10-15 minutes which is no big deal because you can browse around until they are ready for you. If you aren't wanting to wait, it's best to call ahead and get your name in. Today Mercedes took care of me. She was friendly and started out by asking some questions about my skin. She then proceeded to wax my eyebrows (which were totally out-of-control). The wax was a perfect temperature and it was one of the more painless waxes I have had. At the end of it, she asked if I wanted her to cover the redness with concealer and fill in brows. It looked really natural when she was done. There's nothing worse than feeling like one of those brows-on-fleek Instagram girls who have overdrawn, overstated eyebrows. Payment was easy. You take your ticket to the counter. They will ask you if you would like to add a non-cash tip and you are on your way. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks Mercedes and Benefit Brow Bar, I'll be back the next time I can't handle my eyebrows with just a tweezer.
