Great guy, reset my combination, was thorough in checking and making sure the mechanicals were good, showed me some things to do, not duo, and was done in a very timely manner. Brian diagnosed the issue over the phone and gave me a very fair price, but warned us that if he had to replace the lock and the door handle it would cost more. He came by 40 minutes later and repaired the lock quickly and with no problem (thankfully a replacement wasn't necessary). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.
