Down II Earth Services just completed a major backyard project. Ben Vengarick and his crew did an excellent job retrofitting our leaking pool to a wonderful spa and patio area. This large 2-week project was started and finished on time. My concern with water drainage were addressed by Ben and Shawn who came up with some creative ways of improving water drainage issues we have had. In the last week we have had over 6" of rain with really excellent water control. There were no signs of puddling or streaming of the rain runoff, awesome! This was not the easiest project and Ben was able to schedule concrete and crews on multiple days without a hiccup. He also had additional rebar added at the corners and had fibers added to the concrete mix to minimize any potential cracking.
