With the lack of imagination some staff might benefit by engaging in ongoing education to expand their repertoire beyond basic cuts and colors. Otherwise you're not worth what you charge. Please stop the embarrassing trick you do to clients by announcing out loud (so everyone can hear) whether the client wants to include a tip instead of having the client privately enter the amount into the card reader. It's tacky and shameful.
