I have been researching options for months now and recently put out a request with pics of my pup on Yelp. Brandon reached out to me and said he has experience with delicate little ones. He was very friendly on the phone and was able to fit us in his schedule much earlier than I expected. On the day of the grooming his kind personality put me at ease. To my delight Brandon texted me a video and update of how she was doing without being asked. I was so relieved to see that she was doing well and deeply appreciated him taking his time with her. He was able to get her coat to a much better place and he handled her with great care and attention to detail.
