He is a larger dog and absolutely hates getting his nails trimmed, fought like crazy when I first brought him in almost a year ago, and to complicate things further he also has aggression towards other dogs. Heidi completely understood his fear and has been the most patient, kind, understanding, and calm person to help him get over his fear I have ever met. He now sits relatively quiet when she does his nails, she has been such a wonderful, calming presence to help my guy get over his fears. I love how they genuinely care about the needs of the pets. I liked the last groomer personally but Mia never looked as nice as I thought she could look. Her face hair was always left long and her eyes disappeared. Her tail was left ungroomed.
