I originally contacted them on Yelp to give me an estimate for a garage door tuneup. The price was pretty reasonable. They did what they could to work around my difficult schedule and were able to show up at 8am on a Saturday morning. They were on time, quickly troubleshot that the doors wheels needed to be replaced. Ended up costing me $138 total which seemed fair even though the entire visit only took 25 mins. Luke is the main person from the company I worked with, and he's hands down one of my favorite professionals. He was responsive, organized, etc. And he has an amazingly positive attitude, with a strong desire to problem solve. We're turning our garage into a bedroom cottage, and wanted to install a glass garage door. And we wanted to install a jackshaft opener (which is really small and to the side, instead of a big motor in the middle of the garage ceiling); Luke was so excited to figure out how to do this, and problem solved with our general contractor until he found a solution. Awesome service!! I called last Thursday morning to get an appointment as my garage door opener was broken. They scheduled an appointment that same day between 12-2. Luke arrived at about 12:30. I was thinking he was just going to look and give me an estimate since the spring was broken and had to be replaced. Well he said both springs needed to be replaced and that he could do it then. Torsion spring broke on my two-car garage insulated garage door a few days ago. Last evening, I attempted a DIY replacement of the springs but used the incorrect weight. As I finished, I manually tested the door and it got stuck in the up position. I ended up causing more damage in my attempt to bring it back down. The extent of the damage: top section of the door went off-track, several bent hinge brackets, severely warped and bent tracks, not to mention the incorrect springs I had installed. Early this morning I searched for a repair company that was open on a Saturday and found this company. I called around 830 am and spoke to Luke about the details of the damage. Three hours later, Cotton, whom Luke scheduled to arrive between 1130 and 130, arrived promptly at 1130. By 1230, he had fixed everything; and the quality of his work was impeccable! Our garage door now works even smoother than when it was newly installed. On top of that, the cost of repair was also very competitive based on the research I conducted prior to attempting my own repair. Brandon came this morning and diagnosed my unresponsive garage door opener. It could be fixed, but I chose to get a new one. What an amazing young man. He removed the old one, and set up the new one is short order. He programed the new door openers and set up the outside code operation. He then check that all was running, lubricated the rollers, and cleaned up all the material that he removed. The new opener works like a charm and is hundred percent quieter than the old one. Brandon was efficient, obviously well versed in installation, and very nice. I can't recommend this company high enough. They will be my go to company for any garage door issues. First call was to Sears, was on hold a long time, so I spent that time here on Yelp, which in turn made me decide against them, Then I saw this place and they sounded very reliable.I believe it was Luke who came by and gave me an estimate. I thought it would end there and I would have to make an appointment for another time. Instead, he asked if I wanted to do it, I said yes, and he did it then. About two years ago as we were leaving for an important meeting our garage door came down on our car. No damage to our car other than paint scratches near the roof.
