The work I was quoted on (partial and a bridge) nearly doubled in price, and if I had accurate information beforehand, I might have chosen to go implant. but since the bridge was already in by the time they found the error, I didn't get to make an accurate choice. When I complained about their error, they said they would see what they could do. They never did anything. They did do the work, and I am happy with it, But cannot recommend due to the severity of this error. Edit: I did go back afterwards for a dental emergency and they took pretty good care of me. Nothing bad happened the 2nd time, so I raised them to three times.

I started going to this office in 2003 and they continue to exceed my expectations through the years. Everyone in the building treats you with kindness, sincerely, and love. They all very clearly enjoy where they work and I believe this all starts with the Doctor Joe Meek. He is down to earth and helps to alleviate the anxiety and fear of going to a Dentist in his own way. To be frank the professionalism of his staff makes it a joy to go into my appointments. Not only did they take care of my pain they did a thorough exam to see what else was going on. Emily Rister helped me with insurance or lack of as well as a plan that works for my budget. She is also the hygienist and does a great job and is so experienced and helpful. Assist Jenea was also was very nice and very helpful. Dental Sindhura Vegesna was wonderful helping me with so many thing she as all of the people that worked on me was very informative, professional yet kind and caring. Dr Peterson and Dr Gebru really care about their patients and you can tell. The facility in Greenwood has a caring staff and I am 61 so I have been to many Dentist offices through the years and this has been my best experience ever !!!! Just before New Year's, I had a dental emergency that could not wait until after the holiday, when the office would be open again. I reached Dr. Shuder, who came in after hours to treat me. Thanks to Dr. Shuder, I was able to make it through New Year's without intense pain and a worsening condition. His office called to follow up as well. This is what a dentist should be!

What a run around! I had to go back to this office three times for one simple procedure. The first…read moretime I took off work and arrived at my appointment on time only to wait 45 min before I was seen. Then some lady (Not the Doctor) looked at the issue and sent me home with no explanation. My second visit I was seen by the Doctor for about five minutes then he left the room never to return. I sat in the chair for 15 minutes before they sent me home again. The third visit had I several "recommended" and expensive 3-D X-rays $150 a pop. Then I finally had my root canal. I thought that this was finally over until they overcharged me. Then they wrote me a check for the difference... IT BOUNCED!!! I called the billing department and spoke with Amanda who seemed annoyed I was asking for my money and the fee I received for the bounced check. I called the office 10 times in 6 weeks to let them know I had still not received my money. Amanda thought the best route was to lie to me over and over again telling me that she was "going to send it off" that same day. It's been two months and I still have not been reimbursed for their overcharge. If you value your time and money go to a different practice that isn't constantly over booked and doesn't gouge you with special expensive x-rays and doesn't overcharge you only to mail you a check that will bounce. The care I received here was mid at best. I've had a root canal before and this place makes a bad situation worst.

My first appointment, they were very thorough and made sure to explain everything that would be happening. I was able to ask questions and get the answers right then. The treatment I had took much less time than I expected. The endodontist was quick but does quality work. My dentist praised their work when I came back for follow ups, saying they did a great job--and usually do. My second appointment, they seemed less inclined to explain everything and more interested in getting things done. I had a mishap where I wasn't given enough numbing and felt a jolt of pain through my tooth while they were working. I'd told them I needed more than most people--genetic thing, unfortunately. He said he would give me more than he usually did, but not as much as the first time since they weren't doing as much invasive work. They said they didn't want me numb all day. But I'd rather take longer for it to wear off than feel that in the middle of a procedure. I was a bit miffed since I told them my needs multiple times. I mentioned I could feel something uncomfortable as they were propping me before the endodontist got started and the assistants made it sound like it was normal to feel it because of the type of tool they were using. It obviously wasn't because I then had the jolt of pain during the actual procedure. If I have to come back at some point, I'd advocate more forcefully for myself in that regard. But again, that was my only problem. They were very professional, kind, and didn't mind me bringing my weighted blanket or wearing my headphones the whole time. The end result was good according to my dentist. So I'd still recommend them.
