When we called Autumn (the massage technician), explained the situation, and she stated that she had no openings for bookings in the remaining time for which the certificates were still valid. She also would not refund the 500.00 or extend the time in order to use the services that were purchased. I would rate zero stars if it were possible but the app will not allow.
