The other two projects we independently reached out. Daniel has such amazing attention to detail. This is the go to if you need clean up or demo work. I'm so appreciative of them. I contracted them to do demo for my parents house and I'm so glad I chose them. If yelp let me give bonus stars they'd get them! I'd also like to add, which I should have prior, so I'm updating after my mother told me too ;) Daniel guided us through the process post fire clean up. (Mountain wild fire). The guidance was so incredible. He knew all the details of the process!

I found Shoemaker Demolition on Yelp when I needed my kitchen demolished prior to cabinet…read moreinstallation, and I couldn't be happier with the service and the results. Daniel was so kind and helpful - he made the entire process incredibly easy. He was able to get the demo done in a single day and even trimmed down the bar-height pony wall so we could make the counter one height. The crew carefully protected surfaces in the home from dust and debris and cleaned up before they left. When they hauled away the debris, they were nice enough to take a few closet doors leftover from my ongoing renovation. Daniel worked with me to coordinate with other contractor schedules, and he even suggested another contractor to manage plumbing, electrical, and other needed tasks. He turned out to be great, too. TBH, the demo ended up being the easiest part of this whole process. After so many people telling me they wouldn't do stuff, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone say, "Yeah, no problem, I can help you." Daniel and his crew are just fantastic - I only wish they could have installed my kitchen, as well!

Removing a pool and regrading the hillside is messy work, but they cleaned up after completing everything. And the crew kept the work site tidy at the end of each day. It is tough to find companies that hit all the marks, but Torbellinos gets 5 stars! 1. Great communication 2. Fast response 3. Good price 4. Showed up when they said they would 5. I am very pleased with the level of service S&L Concrete provided!…read more I had about 5 contractors quote me for the job I needed done (filling in an inspection pit). When the gentleman from S&L came, he kept the comments brief and professional. Oftentimes in my experience, contractors will exaggerate the condition of the problem in order to charge more or get you to agree to getting unnecessary work done. No "slimey salesman" vibes here. Also, their quote was one of the fairest from the list. They arrived on time, worked at a good pace, and cleaned the area afterwards, which is something I don't see typically from contractors I've used in the past. The work was only done today so time will tell if it holds up. However, I'm confident that the job was done well because of the level of professionalism they displayed in all the other areas. Highly recommend!!
