I am sharing this to warn other parents about the severe lack of safety and professional standards at Creative Needs in Casa Grande. After paying for Quarter 3, I was informed by an outside ABA agency that my son's teacher was found sleeping while feeding 12 children with special needs. A student was choking and she had to wake up the teacher. To top it all off I was shown a post of a mother who said her non verbal came home with bruises and marks. When she called the cops they couldn't do nothing because the child was non verbal! Beyond this life-threatening safety issue, the school doesn't follow IEPs which makes them a daycare. They lack basic facilities like a playground. They stopped allowing parents to go to field trips because they lie and tell parents their child did great when they didn't. Despite withdrawing my son immediately due to these hazardous conditions, the owner has refused to issue a refund. This facility prioritizes profit over the safety and developmental needs of children. I would not recommend this school to anyone. If you are looking for a real school that actually supports our children, I highly recommend reaching out to ACCEL (https://www.accel.org/contact-us/). Michelle there is amazing; she discovered that my son's previous IEP didn't even correctly say his autistic!!! After years of being misled, I finally have the support of a behavioral coach and case manager from La Frontera to help me at my next IEP meeting. We had been going there for several years with our previous foster child and most recently our newer foster. Ever since Doug sold the place it went downhill. The grumpy old lady taking care of the babies is still there and she may pop out to snap at a school age child here and there but all other staff has been rotating every month. No staff has stayed longer than a month or two and the kids never know their names. They keep naming someone as director, then they end up disappearing. The last one we were told left because of medical reasons until one day the owner slipped and said the director left with no notice and they were short staffed. They kept our kid in the transport van to his school that was 5 minutes away for almost 2 hours at times. They told the school the driver had no phone to tell them. Unacceptable to be driving with kids and have no phone for emergencies. We didn't even know our kid had been consistently 30-45 minutes late until the school told us of their concern, they said the owner said she told the parents but that was not true, nobody ever told us and when we asked the owner she gave excuses and said it wouldn't happen again. Something about construction 15 miles away. Unfortunately the place is not reliable nor safe for kiddos and we had to leave for a safe place for our foster adopt child. Our child wasn't perfect but he will forever have a scar on his face from the lack of supervision at this place when he got hit in the face from another kid. There are other choices more suited to take care of children properly over this place doing construction to allow more headcount. read more

I wanted to provide clarity regarding Maria's misleading review and share my own experience with this daycare's management. First and foremost, Maria has never been a customer at this daycare--she was simply an authorized pick-up person and does not have direct experience with their services. Her review is based on false information and personal bias rather than firsthand knowledge. Additionally, her claim that this daycare properly follows court orders is completely inaccurate. The director has failed to follow legal guidelines and has shared information in a way that disregards the rights of the paying parent. After consulting with multiple daycare facilities, I have confirmed that most will not release information to a non-paying parent without explicit approval from the paying parent--yet this daycare has chosen to ignore that standard. If you are a parent in a shared custody situation, be extremely cautious before enrolling your child here. The way the director handles legal matters is deeply concerning and could create unnecessary conflicts for families dealing with custody issues. This review is due to the most recent 1 star review (right below this review) from Tri***Bou***** (referenced as T.B. in this review). My experience with Creative center has been very pleasant and respectful since January 2025. I have only started going there a couple days per week every other week to pick up my daughter due to 50/50 custody with my ex and him choosing this daycare/school for our daughter. I would like to break down and clarify the 1-star review since I am the ex that was spoken about in that review. On 2/3/25, I went to pick up my daughter from this daycare. I spoke with the school director, Brianna, and showed and emailed her the court order set in place. I asked that I be given access to the system (Procare), which updates parents with things pertaining to the child, such as general updates, incidents, food intake, daily photos, messaging to and from staff, etc. Mind you, the father (T.B's current boyfriend) had access to this same app with the daycare that I had last year because he is entitled to that access as am I. I told Brianna that I had requested this from another staff member in early January and I was given this access, but within approx. 30mins I was removed from her account by the Father, that I spoke with that staff member the following day and she stated that he requested I not be given access, and I told her that he is legally (per court order) not allowed to do that. However, I left it there because I did not want to create more drama than they (Father and his GF) have already done. However, I decided to bring it up again on 2/3/25. Brianna reviewed the court order and gave me access again. It showed that T.B was still in the system as though she was a guardian or "mother" (which I had seen in early January), which is misleading to staff due to this individual having no legal authority over my daughter and she is not even my daughter's "step-mom". Father called within 1 minute or 2 (I was right in front of Brianna when this occurred) upset and Brianna told him that she had a court order stating that I was entitled to the access. Father then angrily stated that he as going to disenroll my daughter and T.B's 2 children due to this and Brianna respectfully and calmly apologized for the way he was feeling and that if he felt that was what he felt needed to be done then she understood, but that she was following what was stated in the court order that she had in front of her. Therefore, I would like it to be known that Brianna did not make any unilateral decisions, she followed the court order, she respectfully, professionally, and calmly responded to Father's angry call. So, if you want a daycare that IS respectful, respects court orders, and is calm in tough situations then you should come check this daycare/school out. However, if you are looking for a shady facility that does not follow legal paperwork then this is not the place for you. I would recommend that the most recent review that I am referring to be ignored and looked over since what was written is by no means an accurate description of what occurred and was only written because their unlawful request was denied. Oh and just as a side note, in ANY daycare/school soiled clothes are always returned to the parents (pee and/or poop), so this is not an abnormal things. To add on to that, my daughter is not even 3 years old so, the probability of her having accidents is still very high and according to the father and T.B. my daughter has "no problems" at their house... ever. However, I have a text from the Father on 1/20/25 stating that she did have a poop accident, so her comment of having "no problems" at their house is also false. I hope this is helpful to ensure that the blatant defamation of this facility by T.B is not considered by parents looking for a daycare/school for their children. read more

They are absolutely AMAZING!!!! My son just started kindergarten and has been having a tough time with drop off. They make him feel so comfortable and welcome, plus it helps they have the BEST playground ever! If I could give the Creative Center 6 stars I would in a heartbeat! I am delighted to have both my toddler and my preschooler enrolled at Creative Center and have been extremely impressed over the last 6 months by all that this facility has to offer. Every member of the well-organized staff knows my children's names, cares for them and educates them with the most loving and considerate approach. The staffing ratios and class sizes are good, and there is plenty of outdoor play in the lovely shaded playground. The team treat us all like family. When we first moved to town, we knew nobody and had very little to guide us in selecting childcare. I called half a dozen places, mostly Montessori-based, but was put off by those other facilities and some snooty attitudes - not to mention very high prices for limited hours and very frequent holidays. Creative Center has a calendar that provides thorough coverage coupled with incredibly reasonable fees, plus a comforting flexibility in adjusting hours and days should you need to make an occasional change to your child's schedule. I have learned that such a combination of excellent care, reasonable prices and flexible scheduling is very rare in preschools. Thank you Doug, Deszi, Gilbert and all the other fantastic and caring staff that contribute to this outstanding environment for my children. read more

This place looks and sounds like fun as soon as you enter. Full disclosure, not sure I ever would have been comfortable leaving my preschooler here, but we are from the East coast and standards are a little different. We ended up here while on a waiting list for another after school care giver. My daughter, as an elementary student, loves this place! They do fun camp days and everyone is nice. It feels familiar versus being a nobody in the big system. Affordable with great people. And, again, my daughter leaves happy, fed, and exhausted from the fun (asking to come again). read more

My student always seemed to have a good time when attending here. I always paid on time and was always courteous. My student left for awhile, and then when we tried to re-enroll was told to come in to speak with Doug, but then the a.m. I was to come in got a call from Darlene saying don't come because they looked at their #s and they're full. I asked for a call as soon as they got an opening. Never got a call. Always seemed untrue to me, but confirmed today when i tried to call seems my # is blocked. Trying two phones confirms. Unprofessional and made me sad. Guess its ok as long as you don't need to ask them to make sure your child eats i can only assume was the problem since i cant call. read more
