After doing a search on Yelp and reading several reviews I decided on GF Lux. I gave them a call at 7pm expecting to get the voicemail but they picked up right away. The gentlemen was very friendly and walked me through the options and got it set up in just a few minutes. Shortly after I hung up the phone I got a confirmation email. My flight was about a week away and I received a few texts just confirming the date and time they would arrive. And the car (a shiny black Cadillac Escalade) arrived at exactly the time they said it would. Our driver was very pleasant and professional, handling our bags and opening doors. Usually I'm a pretty bad backseat driver but no complaints. It was a smooth and safe ride. A+

The calls come into a lady at her home with kids screaming in the background. She gave me a quote for a pick up in Alex city to my doctors appointment in Opelika for $100 each way I was charged $150 each way. " tony claims it's because they sent a black car...... which I didn't order,,, it was wrecked and old and unnecessary" The driver was awesome I asked why the black car he claims it had the best gas mileage ,, so you see,,, the office cannot be trusted with your credit card info. We have now used them several times over the past 2 years. They are always on time (early) and provide great service! Updated 10/21/18: We continue to use this service to and from the airport. The driver is ALWAYS 10-15 minuets early when picking us up at our house. When we land, I have a text that he's waiting for us. The price is fair, but the main reason we always use these guys is because they are 100% reliable! Also, they just upgraded their vehicles to a full size MB van and Cadalac SUV.
