I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. When i inspected the work after they left for the day, I found 3 minor issues to be fixed. I took pictures of them and sent them to the saleslady, Malak. The workers came back the next day and repaired them to my satisfaction. I wanted to rearrange some of the furniture and the workers were happy to so. We made arrangements for his team to start on our floors the day we left for a weeklong family vacation, which was so convenient. We had been on the road for just a few hours when he texted me with some very troubling photos of what he found underneath the carpet. I was horrified and dreading the discussion of next steps, but Arianit clearly explained our options and the prices for each option. We ultimately chose to repair/replace the damaged wood and the added cost was very reasonable. Throughout the process, Arianit sent us photos of the progress his team was making and kept us updated as the timeline changed with the added repairs. I could tell even before we got home to see the floors in person that we had made the right choice. When we did get home, I was not disappointed at all. Our floors are beautiful and I can't stop looking at them, even five days later. I originally hired Renee, the contractor from Nation's best flooring company to do some work on my…read morehouse because I had previously hired her for my in-laws house and she did a substantial job even though the job took two months longer on the timeline then she quoted. In early March, I spoke with Renee about two small bathrooms needing makeovers and later we discussed interior doors being replaced and the basement ceiling painted. I was told that the bathrooms would be for sure be done in ten days. I told her we were having family in for funeral services and we needed to house people. We were assured the work would for sure be completed by April 12th. She insisted it would be different then the last timeline. It is now mid September -- and the project is still not completed. I took the month of August off from all of this so I could enjoy some summer instead of sitting home all day waiting to see if Nation's Best workers would show up. I told Renee a good start up date to finish the job was September third. Renee put me on the schedule for September third, sends me two or three confirmation emails so I think we are good to go but then September third comes and another no show day. Renee's excuse this time said was she was confused and forgot it was the long weekend. She was scheduled to come the week after Labor Day. So, needless to say I had just had it. I wanted this nightmare to be over. Now I had a list to have completed in order, starting with hooking up my bathroom sink. I also want the job to be scheduled for three consecutive days! Didn't think that too much to ask at this point! Renee's Nation's Best company never came back. The job is unfinished! They have removed all the trim off all of my interior doors and threw it in my front yard. My basement is one quarter painted as they started to paint but then just stopped. It's a mess everywhere. My bathtub does not hold water. Plumbers have tried to fix it three times but it still leaks. My bathroom sink is still not hooked up. I have not had a working bathroom sink since the project began in March!! The plumber she hired to carry in my vanity dropped it on my hardwood floor and dented the floor. The guy who did the bathroom tile work, left a two inch gap at the top of wall. When I spoke with Renee about his work she said she was trying out this new guy and was deciding whether she should hire him. Is that professional to send someone who does not know what they are doing to work on a client's house? It looks awful. Renee has given me nothing but the run around. I tried calling her many times. One time after being ghosted for several weeks, she answered! Renee said she didn't return my calls was because as she put it, "I had nothing to say!" She will not answer my phone calls again! I won't go further into the subpar work that was done at my house, I would just say that I would NOT ever use Nation's Best for anything at my house ever again. I certainly would not recommend Nation's Best for anyone to have any work to be completed. Take a look at the pictures of some of the work! After 22 total days of delays, excuses, and lack of communication, I became extremely frustrated. What disappointed me most was not just the delay itself, but how the situation was handled. After expressing my frustration through text messages, Tommy (Haitham), instead of having management or the owner professionally address the issue, involved people from my community who had absolutely nothing to do with this transaction. I started receiving calls regarding a private customer dispute. No business should allow an employee to involve outside individuals in a customer issue. That was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I later spoke with the owner, Simon, and explained the entire situation. At the beginning of the call, I even asked him what the company's mission was, and he stated that it was to make customers happy and satisfied. Unfortunately, I can honestly say I left this experience feeling neither happy nor satisfied. The delays already caused enough stress and financial loss due to rent and project setbacks, but the employee behavior and management's acceptance of it made the experience even worse. For the record, I never used disrespectful language toward Tommy (Haitham). I simply asked Tommy (Haitham) to stop contacting and harassing me, and I expressed how frustrating and exhausting this situation had become after weeks of delays and broken promises.
