I have used them about three times now in the last few years and they leave them looking like new (I have pets and they stain my carpets constantly) They have a very professional yet friendly presentation and they are also knowledgeable about stains and how to effectively remove them. If that wasn't enough, the prices are more than reasonable!! read more
