ChatGPT recommended three vaporizers and I liked the Extreme Q. Vape World was the only place I…read morecould find that had them. I got it and unpacked a bit too much: I took apart the bag/glass tube/o-ring assemblies used for putting vapor in bags, damaging them. (There were no directions, not even a diagram from Arizer, the manufacturer.) I didn't have the receipt but Sam, the owner, was very helpful and even replaced the damaged parts for free! Chris was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of vaping, and patiently explained how to set it up and use it. Great, helpful service. I'll go to Vape World whenever I need more equipment!

This was a main selling point since it was a gift. Then when I went to return it, the owner claims that he has no such policy and would only exchange unopened items if interested. In our conversation it became clear that they have no return policy and will lie to make a sale and take your money. Highly unprofessional staff, inferior product. Don't waste your money at any of the owner's clean cigarette locations.

September 2018. I loved smoking cigarettes. It was really too bad that they were sickening me…read more And I was the very last person to demand that they had to go. At first, quitting efforts ranged from hard to impossible. Ann Arbors' A CLEAN CIGARETTE was the game changer. They're in the Trader Joe's complex. It was during a chance food shopping trip when I found them. Tobacco-free for 3.5 years now!!! AA's ACC's management and staff - a small but very friendly group - spent time with me (a lot of time). It was kinda like an eye exam: "Try this one." "Now, try this flavor" "Is 'B' better or worse than 'A'"? They wanted to get it right. They answered all my questions clearly and smartly and their answers matched what I later dug up on the internet. They have been great ever since. Now we chat and talk about our lives and the world across the counter for a few minutes each visit. They know me - and my order without asking. The product itself is wonderful. Tasty choices. Adjustable dosing - I think ranges from 36 mg down to 0 mg nicotine. I started at the highest dose and now down to the second-to-lowest. Easy and clean (clean, both for my lungs and for my home and car). I've a favorite flavor now ("natural," can u believe that?), but try others every so often. Advise: If you do change to this product... At some point you will want to buy an extra battery or two and maybe a second battery charger. I found it a pain to have a dead battery when I wanted a puff. A Clean Cigarette has kept me from tobacco for a long time now. Its healthier. I'm healthier. It cost less. I recommend you give it a try. They will let you do that for free. p
