The service was excellent and on time. What put them over the top was a missing wallet. When we arrived in Lyme Regis we discovered that a wallet had fallen from a pocket and was still in the bus. The bus driver turned around and returned the wallet for which we are very grateful. I would recommend this company to groups as an alternative to the train.

Rang…read more20 minutes later and was told We are waiting for you in the middle of the car park in a gre at big white van with a big white trailer, in a tone that implied that I obviously should have seen it. I said , oh .the one that pulled up a minute ago. Across the car park I hadnt been able to to see the small sign on the bonnet, which was hidden by the car in front. So I get on board as the driver wasnt in the cab, she then appeared and asked for my suitcase to put it in the trailer, so I handed it to her. She then reappeared in the doorway waving my booking sheet and saying I had put the wrong time for return flight. I said oh, I, m surprised that being an airport parking service, they would have kept themselves informed of flight times, as they are prone to change, but OK I dont want to discuss it further. She kept on and on with this kind of weird smile on her face, then got on with her job. Arriving at the farm, she just stuck out her hand with my car keys in, and moved away, I followed her to the trailer where she made me wait for my suitcase while she handed them out to another person who came after me. I didnt want to speak to her, when she did eventually give me the suitcase, which was rude of me, but I really had had quite enough of her by then. I turned to go, and heard her say a big loud sarcastic THANK YOU. I ignored it and went to find my car, there being no signs or instructions. Found it and loded case, put hatchback down and nearly hit a little girl on the head, the cars were packed together on the cow yard, with no one marshalling. It was really like Fawlty Towers, rude abrasive and defensive staff, providing the worst off site parking I have ever experienced. Dangerous too, and the access road is a little muddy poorly surfaced country lane. In the minibus, there was a sign asking for feedback which I left 3 days ago, no reply yet. UTTER SHAMBLES, STICK TO FARMING, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO AVOID AVOID AVOID

We were able to see and walk through a few villages and really see what makes this area a wonder. Not to mention many of the villages we visited were used in filming a lot of television and movie productions. We were able to stop and have a coffee at an historical hotel and lunch at a lovely spot far from the beaten path. Very enlightening! Simon was very personable. There are three tours to choose from now: Tour 1 (I have not done [because I've seen them all before]): a tour of Stonehenge, a walk in Castle Combe Village, a photo stop at Cherhill White Horse, a visit to the Avebury Stone Circles, a photo stop at Silbury Hill, lunch at Lacock National Trust village. Tour 2 (I recently did): The Cotswold Villages Experience which includes very accessible and highly informative visits/walks through Castle Combe Village, Bibury & Arlington Row, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-On-The-Wold, as well as Malmesbury Abbey & Market Cross. Get ready to be absolutely immersed in the Cotswolds! While our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the area (we learned so many interesting things!) and thoughtful of bio breaks, we felt the day could have been paced better. We were rushed at Bourton-on-the-Water and Malmesbury Abbey; but, we had *far too much* time at both Stow-on-the-Wold (all fourteen of us ended up standing on the street for forty minutes or so waiting for our guide to show back up; that being said, you should absolutely take Mad Max's recommendation to get lunch at Cotswolds Baguettes and eat them near the church with the famous Yew trees!), and - maybe because our tour guide had a personal connection to it - Arlington Row, where we spent a very, very long time standing in front of people's houses. Tour 3 (I have not done): special access to Stonehenge. I do LOVE these kinds of (almost) all-inclusive tours; they take away the anxiety of needing to drive or come up with an itinerary. They also allow you to truly take in the incredible scenery from comfortable small buses that navigate lots of back roads expertly! I just found this particular tour to be a little less personal than when I first visited a few years back (and compared to our experiences with the Heart of Scotland tours out of Edinburgh) AND I'm missing the more varied selection of tours they used to offer as well.

After being told, numerous times, told NOT to eat Lunch in Bourton and wait for Stow-On-The-Wold for a sumptuous lunch, we arrived in Stow to find every single pub closed, many for 3-4 days. We wound up having a lunch in a pasty shop that was, as a British Baking Show would call it "Not Worth the Calories. What I don't understand is that the same tour came here 2 days ago so why did they not forward this information? We could of had a lovely lunch in Bourton.

I booked a taxi with bath Spa taxis on 30.5.17 in advance for a pick up from a wedding 3.6.17. I…read morealso called to confim the booking on the day. The taxi for myself (bridemaid) and 3 young children was for midnight...it was an hour late by which time the venue closed the lights on the grounds out. The call handeler told us someone had taken our taxi as two were dispatched and another woukd be with us in 20 mins. In actuall fact it was 60 mins and we heard over the radio it was infact that the driver was late no firat taxi was dispatched. I will never use or reccomend again. I will also tell the venue not to recommend them in future.

We arrived in Bath too late for any of the walking tours…read more(last one leaves at 2:30 and we were 10mins too late!) and the helpful ladies put together an alternate itinerary for us instead. It was convenient to have one place make all the bookings and as have mentioned in previous reviews, love free wifi, and this place delivers. Also, they sell special international postcard stamps that feature Bath- specific photos, in a booklet of 5, so my recommendation is to get those stamps from here.
