This morning he was to come look at our 11 year old LG refrigerator. Before he arrived he called to say that he was 99% sure of what was wrong and it would definitely not be worth fixing. He wanted us to know that before he came to the house and charged us his flat rate for a visit. Because of his honesty, we now can put that service call money toward a new appliance. This is the second time he has done something similar. He easily could have taken advantage of this situation and did not! In reading his reviews, I can see that people were frustrated that he did not call people back. He has an on line appointment scheduler which is very user friendly. Confirmation by e-mail is received. My experience has ALWAYS been while he may not call and chat which makes you feel assured he is going to take care of your appliance, he does what he needs to do and calls you when it is necessary! He knows his stuff!
