We've been using A Campagna for years, since KJ was with them, going back to 2012. Well, recently we had a leak from upstairs that was dripping down into our kitchen. Called ACC, they came out the next day and assessed. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling and cut out one length of pipe that had cracked, and replace it with new pipe. All told it took less than 2 hours and charged almost $1,000. I did it, because it was an emergency, but seriously, a thousand bucks to cut a hole in a ceiling (must hire a drywall repair person also), cut and splice one pipe? Also, I had asked the plumber a few other questions and he was just really sort of "blah", not really willing to help or give suggestions, just wanted to get his job done and get home. I don't blame him, but it's just not what we're used to with Campagna, and honestly, I feel like we were WAY overcharged, and will probably look for a different plumber in the future, unfortunately, as we have a long relationship with ACC. read more

I suspected tagt I have a water leak in my house. Cause all of a sudden my water bill went up significantly. I couldn't find where the leak was , so I called them and Jose reolied to me even if it's a weekend . Found out that I have a pipe leak under the concrete on the hot water line. Jose and Uriel were friendly and they provided an honest pricing of the entire project. When our renter called saying the water softener was dripping on the floor in the garage I called my friend Cory who had used this company and highly recommended them. I text the rentals address to Jose and he had his worker over there within 15 minutes! We had planned on removing the water softener as our tenant wasn't using it anyway and it was old so win, win! We had a slab leak.. got several estimates. Most said no need for building permit.... city of Henderson said, "yes, you definitely need to file a permit if replacing all water lines"... Campagna was one co that said they'd pull permit. Campagna's estimate was same as guys who weren't pulling permit. Campagna WINS!!! Workmanship - if I could give 100 stars I would. I've struggled to find good tradesmen in this town. NO MORE! Campagna's plumbing work, and ensuing drywall repair and painting and electrical work was TOP NOTCH! They even matched exterior stucco to a T!!! We also replaced water softener w/ a HALO system.. now... it's not a cheap thing but since it should last 15 years and no more dinking around with buying and adding salt or needing to deal w/ RO filters we are VERY HAPPY!! I called ACC PLUMBING when the handle to flush my toilet broke. ACC scheduled Jose to come to my home the very next day. Jose called 30 minutes before arriving; he arrived on schedule. Jose was very professional informing me what the problem was, and how much it would cost to fix it. Then, he efficiently fixed the flush handle on my toilet, and he replaced the flapper inside my toilet tank. The flapper is the rubber piece that flaps down on the hole inside the toilet tank, to stop water from leaving the toilet tank. When finished, Jose lowered his original price to a very reasonable discount price. I was referred to this company after given a quote of $7000.00 from YES Plumbing for replacing my leaking main water line. Jose came right on time(he was waiting for me to get home) He measured the area where the issue was, and quoted me $1600. Quite a great price considering how much YES Plumbing was charging.
