I spoke to an employee named Lynn who was extremely helpful, pleasant and who also took down all my questions that she didn't have the answers for and said she would get back to me later in the afternoon because she would have to reach out to the manufacturer. Sure enough (and to my surprise) Lynn called me later the same afternoon not only with all the requested info that I had asked about, but she also gave me model numbers with prices and with the ABC Supply store that had them in stock if I wanted the item right away. She also gave me other options for ordering the fan that I desired if I did not want to make a trip to a different ABC Supply. Hence....5 stars because of the great help (named Lynn)!

Over the course of the last 2.5 years our orders for windows come incorrect. When we received our last order one window was 2 feet short . The window ,shown to me by the contractor, also had scratches and scrapes where someone had previously been tried to install it. Their return policy is no return on a special order. I understand that the Covid epidemic has caused problems. My order was made. My payment was also made with payment in full for order and delivery. I was then told delivery would be 6 to 8 weeks. After 8 full weeks I contacted ABC. I was told new delivery time would be in 2 more weeks. After this time I was told delivery would be in 1 week , but I had to help to unload the delivery. That was Company policy. After I left and came back , I spoke to a manager. She was very cordial. She indicated in rare instances they used two delivery persons and they would unload. She said I would have to wait as much as another week for delivery. USE THIS COMPANY IF THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM FOR YOU. I was forced to buy another window and eat the mistake one.

You apparently have quite a colony of stray cats living behind your facility back in that industrial park. And you know what? To see that your employees are caring for these cats made me know that the future IS indeed bright. Someone (or more than one person, probably) feeds them and has made them quite nice makeshift shelters. I was fortunate enough to have a bag of dry cat food in my cab (I always carry dry cat food with me in my truck.) So even though it was a Sunday, your kitties got fed. The large black and white, who appears to be the alpha male, is actually quite friendly. I could have scooped him up, but then your folks would wonder where he had gone. This speaks volumes about your company and your people. Thank you

They then sent 1 guy to replace my whole house of windows. He didn't install the screens. He left my house a mess with so much sawdust throughout my home inside and out my gutters were clogged and I still have remnants inside. He installed them wrong every window is twisted not flat not making a seal so I have gaps causing draft, noise and I get smoke from outside neighbors coming in. They came several times and claimed manufacturer defaults and ordered new sashes, they were bringing the manufacturer to review the installation, they said originally they blamed the person messing up that it took a months to get someone out because they took the call in as wrong. The only people that came out were the original sales and installation people Bill McDermott and the guy Brain that installed the windows. The owner told me he would refund my money $28k about and never heard from him again. I said so I am left with windows that I have towels underneath now. I am out in a bad situation. This money was money left to me from my dad that passed and nothing. They stalled me until the warrantee and BBB complaint couldn't be filed. These people are not stand up business people owners. They are not ethical what so ever. I don't know how they sleep at night. This was my experience and nightmare and be ripped out and having left with a house of almost $30k of useless windows that need replacing after going on 2 years of trying to have them to the right thing and being scammed!

I was told there was a $100 delivery fee but never told $100 for each truck??? I called and spoke to the rep about this "outrageous" fee. Told him his men were each here for 10 mins and they are only 4 blocks from me. He said "well if you were across the street from us it would be the same price". I will never use them again. Highway Robbery!!!!!!
