I like the way she took her time to introduce herself to him to make him feel comfortable with her. The other groomers do well with him as well. The pricing for grooming is comparable to other groomers in the area. It's best to make an appointment as they tend to get busy. When the grooming is done they'll send you a text and you'll have a window of about 30-45 minutes to pick up your furbaby. The store is beautifully decorated and well organized. This is the reason I was compelled to visit. It's filled with all sorts of goodies from outfits, to grooming products, to pet essentials, to food. The treats are all made with ingredients that are safe for animals. They're a bit on the pricy side so be prepared.

She has a lot of fur and yes it can get tangled, but as someone who regularly baths and brushes her at home I know some of the knots can be brushed out especially because her hair is so curly. I was informed that she would have to go short, but the rushed manner of everything (upselling, drop off, and how long the grooming actually took) makes me feel scammed. It doesn't feel like any effort was made to actually detangle and maintain some of her coat, she was completely shaved down and what hair is left on her body still contains some knots. I understand that I am not a professional when it comes to these things, but I walked away feeling this was not worth the money.
