I have a little cousin who's turning 5 years old. I like getting her outfits especially seasonal clothing. They had so many cute outfit for Halloween and Christmas. As I walked in I seen am employee glance in my direction. She welcomed me in store. I asked her name, Chantae asked me what I was searching for and size. Before you know it I was quickly helped within minutes had the store to myself as Chantae was searching for unicorn clothing. She found two outfits I was sold. I wanted to get a pair of shoes I found theodt adorable ones. I feel shopping for children is so much fun as clothing changes to current likes amd dislikes. With more than a few thing's on sale I was getting more money for my dollars here. This store is so well organized with sale signs everywhere..

They have a huge variety of clothing that goes on sale so it's always great to come often to see what's for sale. Customer service is wonderful. One of the staff (I forgot her name) but she was super helpful in returning some clothes that didn't fit my niece. My niece took off the tag on the clothes but the manager was nice enough to still accept our return of 2 clothing items without the tag but just advised us to make sure not to take the tags off. What they do need is to have or use their fitting rooms so it's tricky to find what clothes will look good on you or what size fits best. But overall I love shopping here.

Long before social media, discount stores (like Dollar Tree, Big Lots, DDs, etc) you could go to your local swapmeet in LA and get all of things you needed along with barter a price if it was priced outside of your budget! Those days are long gone and it's looking dismal inside. There were several tattoo, gold jewelry and t shirt options and a beauty supply store with few places selling clothing items. It's LA nostalgia for me so I couldn't lend a low rating because I still like that it's still standing and helping the local community and entrepreneurs.

One with black stripes and the other with white. The next day on 6/27/2025 ,I went to another wss store and tried to fix the issue. Was told they couldn't help me if they replaced the shoe it would make their inventory off because technically their giving me a new shoe since I only had a left pair and their inventory would be minus a right shoe. Returned to the original store of purchase after acknowledgement of this issue. Store I purchased shoe from weren't able to locate either of the right foot shoe for both pairs I had in my box they apparently sold them in error to other customers. So now those customers will have to come and try to fix that issue as well. Was issued a refund because of this. The inventory at this store is lacking they only had what was on the floor for shoes and there weren't that many options especially if it's where you walk down the aisles looking. Shoes were 6, 7, 7.5 ,8 rarely any 9 and some 10 little to no half sizes for women shoes feel sorry for someone who wears half sizes or who's foot is larger than 9 shopping here. Craziest part is the person at the register when i purchased my shoes with was a lead or manager. That person needs to be reprimanded or demoted their costing the company money and causing confusion with customers. How in less than 24 hours did they basically sell 3 or 4 shoes where it's two right foot or two left foot of the same pair or similar shoes of the same brand. Person that helped me yesterday wasn't the person that gave me a refund today. I walked in other employees asked who did it and they took accountability for it before they could read their name on the receipt and then immediately walked to the back of the store and never returned the other employees helped me instead. Won't be returning to this wss location loss me as a patron.

Staff was overwhelmingly available for help, questions, and pre-order purchases! I came here to buy a gift for my significant other, it was a quite special and personal for me. I was nicely greeted at the door, and helped all throughout my shopping when needed. Store clerks were aware of the item I was searching for, so they were able to ask a floor salesperson to come and assist me. Kianna helped me with my purchase right away. I was so thankful for her because the shoes I inquired about was on high demand--and sold out at their WSS location!! I needed to quickly find another location that carried this item. Kianna made it happen for me effortlessly!! She professionally called multiple WSS locations nearby to see if the shoes I wanted were in stock, and thankfully they were! I paid upfront in order to have them put on hold, for pickup. Kianna definitely did her part and I was elated that I didn't have to search for the shoes anymore. Overall, very nice, clean, well-lit, moderate/affordable shoes and clothing here. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for branded items at a decent price!!

She has so much to offer customers from beautiful dresses for women to children, handmade gifts with beautiful wrapping to makeup. What I love to is that she makes payment very convenient with Zelle. Everything you would need in the shopping experience you would receive at her shop. She literally makes and sells her own clothes. I didn't realize how talented she was until I was hanging up one of the dresses I purchased and noticed the tag had her name on it. Very admirable. She has so much growth potential. Im not sure if she's willing to do sewing alterations but that would rack in more profit for her. Her designs are beautiful and very classy. The material she used on the dresses I purchased is a bit heavy. It's stretchy and heavy. She said that she works with other material as well but that why a second visit is needed for me to learn more. The prices are reasonable seeing that she puts in all the work. She has beautiful belts to match the dresses. I even seen a mother daughter set that was so beautiful. Aleluya's shop is a gem. It's worth stopping in and giving it a chance. It would be nice too if she would allow customers to pay her up front to sew a dress pattern of their choice. She has a lot of talent and time to do it.
