I've always been a fan of iced hot chocolate, and I was really impressed by the dedication put into it. They make hot chocolate and then blend it with pre-frozen hot chocolate cubes from the ice tray. This ensures the consistency and keeps it from being diluted. Super cute store and the iced chocolate was oh so amazing especially on a hot summer 100F+ weather. But, the truffles were the best thing I had ever tasted, all of the brands of truffles that you can buy in stores, for much much more, were stupendous. No after taste, just the smooth chocolate with the even better tasting inside. The toffee was another thing that was out of this world. Once again I have tasted the store bought toffee and I never want to eat it again now that I have eaten some of Cathy's. Cathy's chocolate hearts were as good as the truffles.
