My gf comes here a lot, she's a med school student and is usually pretty stressed out, but every time she goes to Tracy she walks out a new person - refreshed and ready to take on the world. Tracy's studio is relaxing and welcoming, she also makes sure to cater to your personal massage needs (I'm a wuss and can't handle too much pressure). She also lets you unwind first on this fancy massage chair, it's like getting a pre-Massage before the real thing. Price, experience, value, all top notch, can't recommend this place enough!

I thought, "Finally, someone who is doing real work, not just fluffy shit lol." Then all of sudden, EACH session provided deep fundamental insight and we either released something in the body (the stuff that gets stuck in them bones) or Matthew opened up the opportunity for me to go deeper in my personal practice. HIGHLY recommended for ROLFING, especially for spiritual seekers or folx on a conscious evolutionary path. He is respectful, clean, and well-educated. Worth every penny. My posture is different, I walk taller, and I'm way more pleasant to be around thanks to the deep tissue magic. Thank you, Sir Matthew!

I actually called after being recommended by my doctor at MyHealth Primary Care Clinic literally right before closing, and Siblante still got me in for one of the last appointments of the day which I really appreciated. They checked my blood pressure first, made sure I was okay for treatment, and the staff was very patient with me even though my veins are terrible and roll a lot The space itself was surprisingly relaxing too. During my IV session I was in a room with red light therapy, vibroacoustic massage chair features, infrared therapy, and a really calming atmosphere overall. I got fluids plus a Vitamin B shot and honestly felt like a completely different person afterward. I walked in weak and foggy and left actually feeling human again. I've always been skeptical of IV places because you hear horror stories online, but this place felt professional, clean, medically supervised, and not pushy at all. They also offer: * Vitamin shots * NAD therapy * Hyperbaric oxygen therapy * Immunity and energy IVs * Infrared sauna services Ended up paying around $200 which honestly was cheaper than urgent care would've been for me even with insurance. Very thankful they were able to help me when I felt absolutely awful.

I called so many other places and I struggled a lot to find a massage therapist place that would also release the name of the massager and their massage therapist license number (although the license numbers are PUBLIC INFORMATION AND SEARCHABLE with an easy online Texas search engine). Turns out, they are required by law to post their license on the walls. TOO many places in El Paso are not licensed or properly trained. Mary was an all-star and she explained that when she was in California, she had also been the massage therapist for an athlete from the LA Pacers. The spa stays open late, which I really appreciated, and the prices are very good for the quality. My therapist was nice and followed my instructions exactly. He focused on the specific pain points in my legs after a busy weekend of events, and I did feel real relief afterward. I always try to be honest, so I do want to mention one thing. They advertised specials online and over the phone, and I was told I might receive some extras like hot stones or hot towels. I did not receive any of those, so the service ended up being a regular massage with no added features. I think the therapist may be new and just wasn't aware of the specials. Overall, the massage itself was good, the staff was polite, and the spa is clean and professional. I would return for the focused work on pain areas, but I hope the communication about specials becomes more consistent.
