I installed blinds costing about $14,000 in 2022. At the time of purchase, I was told they were high quality, came with a 10-year warranty, and that if anything broke, Andy would come to my home to repair it. Recently, one of the blinds broke, so I contacted Andy for warranty service. Instead of coming onsite, he told me to remove the blind myself and bring it to his office. I missed the appointment because of an urgent personal matter and forgot to cancel it. Afterward, Andy called and asked why I hadn't canceled the appointment. I explained the situation and apologized. He then texted me saying he would now charge me an $85 service fee. When I questioned how a missed appointment could affect a warranty repair, the conversation became hostile. During the call, he used derogatory language and was rude and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I found the customer service to be disappointing. I would not recommend this business. read more

TLDR; Andy's service was great and his horizontal linear blinds are affordable with amazing quality and also comes with lifetime warranty. ~~~~ Reached out to Andy and he came over to my house for an estimate for horizontal linear blinds. After having a couple different quotes from other businesses on Yelp, I decided to move forward with ABlinds because their cost was the most affordable and they had a nice range fabric material and quality. The linear blinds are made in Korea and are super simple to maintain. They also have lifetime warranty so if there are any issues, you can also reach out. We decided to move forward with the Alps Sheer for the living area and Crystal for the bedrooms. The Crystal blinds have double layers are a bit thicker than the Alps so it allowed it to be extra room darkening. Andy was extremely friendly and also helped us uninstall and dispose of our old blinds. (Some of the other businesses we talked to told us we would need to dispose of it ourselves.) We had our blinds installed today by Andy from A Blinds and we couldn't be happier. We had gotten a few different quotes, and A Blinds had the best price for quality! Their selection is also comparable to all the other big names out there! We paid a $50 deposit with Home Depot, but still went with A Blinds! Andy made an initial visit to do all the measurements and show us all the samples. Within 1.5 weeks, we had our blinds ordered, custom made, and installed! The product and brand is from Korea and they have a factory in LA. The great thing is he also doesn't try to up sell you. He gives you suggestions, but ultimately let's you choose what you're comfortable with. Andy arrived a little bit early for the installation which was great and was courteous, quick, and clean. In one trip, Andy took measurements, provided plenty of options, some solid advice (and ways that I could save money!), and provided a quick estimate for adding blinds to 7 windows.
