On the day of the appointment, they gave me a courtesy call since they were arriving earlier than expected and did the job amazingly. They were quick and clean and left no streak on our windows. Hehe, pun intended. Seriously though, our windows are now super clean, and it was very affordable. James came with a younger guy to clean the windows, and they are phenomenal. We're happy with the result, and I am saving their contact information for future reference. If you need your windows at home cleaned up, reach out to Sun State Windows! I highly recommend them!

Brandon came over at the agreed upon time and on his recommendation, I added on the service of power washing specific areas of the exterior of the house.  I paid him the agreed upon amount and he left.  That night, as I was closing up the house, I realized one of the windows had been cracked.  I texted Brandon and he agreed to come out the next day.  The next day, he came over to inspect the window and took responsibility for what had happened.  He said he would consult with his insurance on how best to proceed and get back to me.  That week, he returned to take measurements of the window.  This was in early May 2020. By early June 2020, he said a professional window company was coming to install a new window only they didn't---they only took measurements.  I gave it a few more weeks and followed up multiple times with Brandon beginning in July 2020; all my attempts to contact him were ignored.  At a loss, I involved the owner of the house who was able to contact Brandon who then blamed the cracked window on my son. I am deeply appalled by the moral and ethics demonstrated by this company, specifically Brandon.  He even went so far as to come into my home, sit at my kitchen table for a chat while I homeschooled my two young children.  Given his blatant lack of character, I count myself and my kids fortunate that a broken window was the only damage he incited that day.  I held off writing this review in hopes that Brandon would resolve this issue but he has not.

The owner, Brandon, was very patient answering all my questions, and discussing how and what he would clean Because of the recent rains we had to reschedule but he was more than accommodating and very efficient in communication When the wonderful day came, he was thorough: cleaned windows inside and out, the screens and the tracks! Pricing was VERY good. 1000% would recommend working with Brandon.

He explained all our options and the pros and cons to eat, not trying to upsell us on things we didn't need. He ended up being the most affordable out of 6 estimates, and he was highly rated here on Yelp so we went with him. He kept us updated with material delays (completely out of his control) and worked hard to make sure he began our project as soon as possible. Once he got materials it seemed like we blinked and the patio cover was up. The crew completed the job in under a day (large patio cover and two fans). They were professional and cleaned up completely after themselves. I highly recommend this company and will be referring them to everyone I know.
