They said it was dried out. Months later, their tech came to do routine required maintenance. Then the system then LEAKED AGAIN. We were told it was due to problems with the installation. They said everything was fixed. Water damaged areas were supposedly remediated. Inside of the attic crawl space, inside our walls and the back of our closet built-ins (below the leak from the system) grew TONS OF BLACK MOLD. We paid tens of thousands to fix this. Our family has had many expensive medical bills to test for and treat our ongoing medical issues from the mold exposure. For MONTHS AND MONTHS we asked the company about installing filters in our system. They took our deposit for very expensive filters. We had NUMEROUS appointments to install the filters where they NO SHOWED. I have called them SO MANY TIMES to ask to reschedule. Finally I gave up and asked for my deposit to be returned. They acknowledged several times that they will return the deposit. I have called, texted and emailed DOZENS of times and they have still not returned the deposit. A new employee told me that they don't have the money to return my deposit. They offered to give us free services to cover the deposit. I said they already no showed so many appointments that I'd rather save my time and have my money returned. They said they don't know when they can pay it. Months later, I still haven't received my deposit back despite many many more requests. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. STAY AWAY!!!!

I have relied on DNA Heating & Cooling for the past two years for emergency service, minor repairs, and annual maintenance. They consistently provide outstanding workmanship, expert knowledge, fair and transparent pricing, and exceptional customer service. Their response time is incredible--especially during periods of extreme heat--and every customer is treated with respect, appreciation, and genuine care. My most recent experience was this morning after my air conditioner completely stopped working late last night. My Nest thermostat displayed an E74 error code, and with the current summer temperatures, I was extremely concerned. As a single senior citizen living in a two-story condo, the upstairs living area heats up quickly. I've had my sun-facing windows professionally tinted, installed a UV sunshade on my balcony to reduce the heat coming through the large sliding glass doors, added ceiling fans throughout the home, and even installed Blackout EZ Window Covers in the master bedroom--yet without air conditioning, it still becomes unbearably hot. I contacted DNA Heating & Cooling last night, and they responded early this morning. Andrew arrived within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem, explained everything in terms I could easily understand, and had my air conditioning running again in no time. He never tried to sell me anything I didn't need and made sure I understood exactly what the repair involved. He finished in less than 30-minutes. Finding a company that is honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely cares about its customers is rare these days. DNA Heating & Cooling has earned my trust, and they will always be my first call for HVAC service. I highly recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a company that truly stands behind its work. Thank you, Andrew and your entire team, for another outstanding experience!

Luis was patient and transparent in describing why I might want to opt for a replacement unit, but there was no annoying hard sell--and they also delivered the lowest bid. Luis and Jacob were friendly and fast technicians, a pleasure to deal with. Oh--and the new A/C is great. I directed movies for years, so I appreciate the value of a good crew--and the challenge of assembling one. This is a great team, and I highly recommend them.

Maxim recently completed several plumbing repairs at my home, including a lavatory sink drain replacement, installation of a Delta shower valve with diverter, and a water leak repair. All of the work was completed efficiently, professionally, and within budget. The sink drain repair required replacing a double sanitary tee and installing two new drain outlets for the sink connections. The shower valve installation was completed flawlessly, and the water leak was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Throughout the project, Maxim was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain the work being performed. What impressed me most was the quality of the workmanship, fair pricing, and attention to detail. They send out a young guy who spent a few minutes in the attic and came out saying the furnace was too old, without a model name/number and it had to be completely replaced because they don't make parts anymore. I was a little taken aback because I thought they would still make parts. I walked into the attic and clearly saw the brand was Honeywell and took a pic/video for a 2nd opinion. Today I called DZO and spoke to Alex live and he said he had a technician, DENIS, that would know how to fix it and he would come by the same day. He came right on time and within five minutes he determined it was the circuit board. He was like McGuyver! Then he asked to check my AC which hasn't been checked for at least a decade and determined it needed some freon. He actually cared about getting everything working well-- I was VERY impressed. I will definitely be using them for any of my heating/cooling concerns and have already began recommending them to my friends. Thank you Alex and Denis for your commitment to caring and troubleshooting in a quick manner with reasonable rates (they don't charge to assess the situation).

The other companies, we're not able to assist as they were tied up for the new year, as I had expected, however the water was pouring at a fast rate, and we needed a quick solution, which I figured we would not be receiving on New Year's Day. It's people like this that truly shine, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. Thanks again Benny, and I wish you and your company a very happy new year.
