On 8/3/26 my 95 year old mother paid $499 to replace a circuit breaker which took 15 minutes. …read more She requested service for a washing machine outlet that had no power. She had just got out of the hospital 3 days earlier, so she asked me to come over to supervise the service tech. Upon arrival of the tech, I showed him the outlet and the circuit breaker box (which was 10 feet away). He used his circuit breaker tester and determined which breaker needed to be replaced, unscrewed 4 bolts, removed the panel, went to his truck, brought 4 dusty used looking used breakers back and replaced the defective one. Service complete in under 15 min. GoPro charged my mother $499. She did not want to dispute the charges and paid the bill immediately. I called GoPro under my name and requested a quote for replacing a defective circuit breaker. GoPro said $149 was the cost of replacing the breaker. No additional chargers (I have the quote recorded). GoPro took advantage of an elderly woman on a fixed income. I confronted GoPro about the exorbitant bill and they were rude and condescending to me. $499 for 15 min of work is an untrustworthy business. Be ware of this company for your electrical needs.

I am so happy and impressed with the work Luis and his staff performed in one day. Throughout the process, Luis was excellent in communicating via text and phone call. As a new homeowner, I was in need of recessed lighting in my living room and master bedroom, which are high vaulted ceilings. I wanted to have 6 LED lights in my living room and 4 in my master bedroom. I also needed an exhaust fan installed in two bathrooms. Instead of standard switches, I asked him to install Lutron dimmer switches. I asked him to remove an old exhaust fan and replace it with a new Panasonic fan. I also needed him to install a switch to turn on one of the exhaust fans since I already had a switch for the other bathroom. I also asked him to add 4 interior outlets, as well as 3 exterior outlets. Luis and his team did it all and with great precision and care. I have to say that the recessed lighting was not easy as the high vaulted ceiling is definitely a challenge, and they met the challenge because the lights look great and are lined up very accurately with each other. Every detail was thought of in many ways. I appreciated the professional care Luis and his staff demonstrated in bringing the shoe covers (booties) to enter my home. I was so impressed that they were able to do all the work in one day. Yes, one day! It was such a big surprise since I thought it would take more time. They just got right to it and you can clearly tell that Luis and his staff are very meticulous and care about the details. I appreciated how Luis asked me to verify details to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I do want to add that I appreciated that Luis and his staff were helpful in cleaning up all the materials (boxes, wires, etc.) so everything was spotless and looked clean when they left my home. Luis was absolutely an excellent professional electrician! My late father was an electrician for over 30 years so I have enormous respect for this trade, and Luis and his team surpassed my expectations and made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the electrical work they accomplished.
