I had called and spoke to Cheryl who was professional and completely had my best interest at heart. She took the time to review my warranty availability and discussed with me the best and cheapest manner in which to get the repair done. Even after cancelling an appointment because of the possibility of another repair crew that GE may send, she reassured me she would keep the parts she had ordered for my fridge repair in case they call their team to come and fix it. Thankfully I was able to call Champion back to do the repair. Dan was friendly, courteous and had the repair done in no time. He took the time to explain the problem with the fridge and explained what he needed to do to repair it. Thank you so much, your service is refreshing! Tania

Much to my surprise, the card was completed with another sewer's information. On returning this 'new' repaired machine to the shop, they wanted to replace my purchase with another machine. Ummmmm....how dumb do you think I am!!! Will never darken the door of this establishment again!
