I called last year due to termite issue in my home. Salesman came out I showed him the nests and…read moresuggest getting my home tented because there were so many areas of infestation. He told me that I didnt need to get it tented that they would do a thorough treatment and that would take care of the problem, it didn't I still have a major termite problem only its worse now and I've called and called finally the salesperson called and said they would come by in march (3 months later) they never called or showed up and my house desperately needs to be tented! They charge me monthly I'm unsure why because they obviously dont do anything no follow up NOTHING!! so now I have to find a termite company that will tent my house as well as start a small claims suit against truly nolen. Dont use TRULY NOLEN they are there to get your money they obviously dont care about their customers, it's a waste of several thousand dollars plus the monthly fee they take and do absolutely nothing for the money they take.

He refunded $135 to me which was the UNUSED portion of my prepaid contract. He said he couldn't do anything about the past performance (like maybe come get rid of the bugs). He wasn't sorry and he offered no explanation for their poor performance. I don't have any better opinion of them than I did before. My advice-don't hire this company. About 6 weeks ago on my last visit, a technician put a sticky insect monitor on my kitchen counter. I sent "JOE" a photo of what was in it. It contains both Palmetto bugs (roaches) and german cockroaches. This is after almost a year of treatment. I really keep my house clean and don't leave food around. I don't know if I just have less tolerance for this crap or they really stink! Maybe both! By the way, I have included the photo I sent"Joe".
