At 14:00, 2 sets of customers were complaining that it was taking over 20 mins for their order, so they want a refund. One customer got their fries but not their burgers. It took them 10 mins to get a refund because she had to call the owner. They told new customers they are no longer taking new orders. Other locations only take 10-15 mins for an order. We ordered the following: 1. Grilled Chicken Fillet ($9.99). 2. Cheeseburger ($9.99). 3. Oreo Milkshake ($6.99). You can choose from a large set of toppings. The chicken fillet was a large size, well worth the price. The chicken was juicy. The burger size was as expected. The outside of the burger was black. I found out it is a smash burger and supposed to be blackened on the outside. It tasted good. The milkshake was good, but I wish it had arrived with the meal rather than 15 mins later. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There is one gender-neutral washroom, which is also wheelchair accessible. There is free parking in the mall's parking lot. This was the first place I had a burger up north and remains to be my fave!
