A nice, newer Culver's off of 151. We stopped in for a Sunday night dinner in the last couple hours…read moreof a seven-hour drive. It was a great stop that wasn't too far off the highway, offered clean bathrooms, good air conditioning on a nearly 100-degree day, and the friendliest teens manning the registers. Food was served hot and fresh from the fryer/grill (it took a few minutes to get and was piping hot when delivered so it appears they were making items to order) and both our orders were correct. I got the chicken tenders kids meal and the tenders were good quality white meat. The fry portion was generous compared to some locations, and I had more than enough dipping sauce for the size of my meal. If you're in the western part of the state and need a quick and clean stop, Culver's is a good choice for pulling off.

Hey it's me again, can't believe I fell for it again I figured 5 years would be enough time for…read morethem to clean up their act. WRONG! They forgot my turtle concrete mixer. Most would think this is a small issue, BUT when you get accused of stealing from them the last time you were here going back through the 15 cars once again! Is not very appealing or worth the sundae considering they took a photo of me and my phone number the last time they forgot my order. Now my cheese curds are cold because I feel obligated to tell the world how terrible this place is before I eat them. FYI the cheese curds are really good. See you in year 2030.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL -- CORPORATE LEADERSHIP SHOULD BE ASHAMED!…read more I am beyond disgusted by the way this company operates. It is absolutely appalling that a company would allow an entire restaurant to operate with ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE responsible for doing the work of an entire staff. How is this acceptable? How does anyone in upper management or corporate leadership justify this? Expecting one person to manage an entire restaurant is not efficiency. It is not good business management. It is a complete failure of leadership and a blatant disregard for the people who keep your business running. What makes this even more infuriating is the hypocrisy displayed on your company's own website. You proudly advertise how much you "give back" to communities and how much you supposedly care about people. WHAT ABOUT YOUR OWN EMPLOYEES? How dare you promote yourselves as a company that cares about giving back when you cannot even ensure that your own restaurant is adequately staffed? You cannot claim to value people while allowing employees to be overwhelmed, overworked, and left to handle responsibilities that should be shared among an entire team. Your charitable contributions and polished corporate messaging mean absolutely nothing if you cannot demonstrate basic respect for your own workforce. This is not a reflection of an employee failing to do their job. This is a reflection of a company failing its employees. And let's be perfectly clear: The responsibility falls on management and corporate leadership, NOT the employee who is being placed in this unacceptable situation. I sincerely hope the people making these staffing decisions are held accountable. No employee should have to sacrifice their well-being because a company refuses or fails to provide adequate support. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. SHAME ON THE LEADERSHIP THAT ALLOWS THIS. Before you spend another dollar promoting how much you care about the community, perhaps start by showing that same care and respect to the employees who make your business possible. DO BETTER. YOUR EMPLOYEES DESERVE BETTER. AND YOUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE TO KNOW HOW YOUR BUSINESS IS BEING RUN.
