The waiter came over quickly and took our drink order. I ordered the half chicken with potatoes and green beans. Let me tell you it was the juiciest most delicious chicken I've ever had. The potatoes were cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the trout and waffle dinner, he also felt it was the best trout he has ever had. The Resturant is only open four months out of the year. They close in late September for the winter months. Loved it waiter he was super cool and friendly. If you're in town visiting glacier national Park, Two Sisters Café is a must.

First, starting with the Huckleberry Marquerita it was so excellent I had two and almost forgot to take a picture (see attached) My waffles/trout was fantastic, as recommend by my server Dennis, and my companion thoroughly enjoyed her juicy 1/2 roast chicken. For dessert we choose to take out and enjoy later: 1. Most famous Huckleberry pie 2. Peanut butter mud moose pie When in Babb, Montana (5 miles outside of St Mary/east glacier NP entrance) dont miss eating at this famous (Chef Beard Awarded) and unique boutique restaurant.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our guide on a boat tour at St. Mary Lake in Glacier…read moreNational Park. She made mention that it was locally owned, AND it was the only one of the 3 restaurants she named which was open before 4pm, which is when we were there, so we trekked on over. We arrived behind a large party of about 8 people and were the only other table in the restaurant. They - or should I say he - took our order quickly and were willing to accommodate a special request (to have a breakfast dish after their stated cutoff time due to a wheat allergy; almost everything on the lunch menu is breaded/fried, so I couldn't eat it). It was clearly Native-owned, which I was happy to support. However, the poor guy who took our order was the only one in the place. He was doing everything: stocking, cleaning, taking orders, cooking. We were there for nearly an hour when the other party's food came out. By this point, we had figured out that he was flying solo, so we were sort of hoping our food would come out at the same time. It didn't. We asked if ours had been started yet, and it hadn't. Seeing that we were staying 3 hours from the park, we had to leave to meet up with our family without having any lunch. This could easily have been avoided with a little communication from the get-go: "Hey, a large party just came in ahead of you. Just so you know, it's probably going to be an hour or more before you see any food." We would have left then and had time to get lunch before starting our drive back to Augusta. As it was, we paid for our 1 drink, made do with whatever snacks we had, and hit the road. Can't comment on the food and the guy was super nice, so I hate to leave a not-great review, but I can't imagine what would have happened if 2 or more of the parties from our boat ride had arrived at the same time we had. I think a little work on the staffing side would do wonders.

She was flustered, sweaty, and apologized profusely. I chose to not make an issue. The appetizers came quickly, but from that point on, we were ignored completely. We were there for over an hour before I asked if I can just have my food to go. The kitchen had it ready in the back. It was just never served to us. I will no longer order from this establishment. Pickup or otherwise.

I was craving a meatball sub in the worst way. Problem. It's not on the menu. So I talk to their head chef at the time Jordan and asked if he could make me a meatball sub with swiss cheese and some sautéed onions and peppers. He was more than happy to make it for me. Omg. It was definitely a pub sub, but with everything I asked for and the exact flavor profile I was not only craving, but demanding. Holy meatball sub heaven! The only thing I forgot to ask for was a couple of pepperoni slices which would have made it completely over the top perfect. Sorry guys in the kitchen, but after this review, you may just have to add this dish as a regular option. Forget the menu people and ask for this. The chef stated that once in a while they have this as a lunch special. Forget that! Order this as a main! My only complaint was that there were enough fries with this dish to give even a vegan a heart attack. Lol. The decor of this place is most certainly omg ancient, but the service is awesome and the food is good. The girlfriend had only one complaint. She ordered the baked spaghetti. Her complaint was the sauce was too thin. Which it was, so I recommend the kitchen pay attention to this and fix it. Not sure if they are reading this or not, but it's a constructive criticism of the food they offer. I hope this place pays more attention to their pasta sauces and I might recommend they reduce them a touch more. Otherwise this place is awesome as far as I can tell. Did not try the pizza, but it smelled absolutely amazing from the table next to us. Negatives; The bathrooms. They share the washrooms with the bar next door. The Men's room was very clean, except the door leading inside. It was covered in a layer of hand dirt and slime all over the door, except where drunken people would push the door by hand to gain entry. The ladies room was at least clean inside and out. Thank goodness. Clean up the doors into the washrooms on a regular (hourly) basis and this place could be a serious winner in your town. I wish you the best of luck. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be back to order my meatball sub. Oh! Please buy new menu holders. The ripped and taped up menus are almost a turn off. I recommend updating the menu to shine your best 20 dishes and leave all the rest out, besides your pizzas. Don't try to do too much, just do 20 dishes and pizza the right way. Your call people, but I think it'll save you and make you more $$ this way. And I beg of you, please clean the washroom doors!!! Please visit this place to form your own opinion. I did and I loved it.
