There was no line, and the cashier lady could not remember who ordered what and asked each of us. (Not that she was expected to do so, but with so nobody else there it not difficult). Upon leaving, I wanted to get a refill and paintenly waited in line till everyone (2 ppl) was serves before me. The waitress said the boss said refills were $1.50. This is unacceptable, when competitors charge $1 for a first drink. For a fast food place this is not acceptable, when there are so many other places to eat. (A day later, we went to Harvey's, and when we asked for a refill the manager quickly came and serves us so other customers and we did not wait) Never going to A&W again. (You lost a customer for life over 1.50$, good job). P.s. the food was good, pretty much the same as any other fast food joint.
