I've really taken to their new Cup & Char Pepperoni, where you get the little crispy cup pepps which I love. It's become the new Friday tradition! The folks that work here are always super pleasant and friendly, and they always get my order right. They also have it ready on time which is key! The crust is nice and has a good flavour - not thick and dense. It's good with dipping sauce. :) The sauce and cheese are good too - you'd think you can't mess up a pizza, but maybe you've never been to a Little Caesar's - lol! The only complaint I have is that you can't make modifications to your pizza on their website, so I wind up having to call in just so I can request extra sauce. That is such a first world problem though, and I can't hold it against this store since they don't make the website. :)

Maybe it's too much to expect Toronto quality Italian food in Trenton, but everything from the tomato sauce in the lasagna (way too acidic), ho hum aglio olio for the California fettucine and lack of simple garden salad (what kind of Italian place only serves Caesar salad or Greek salad?) just didn't do it for me. My fettucine was undercooked (not even close to being al dente), the chicken breast was dry and the overall seasoning was weak. Even with the addition of giant slivers of Parmaggiano didn't do much to elevate the dish. I would have sent the dish back if we weren't in a rush to finish our meal and get back on the road. The Margherita pizza was the best part of this dinner sadly. I'm not sure if we'll be back in Trenton again any time soon, but I will be looking for other options than Tomasso's.

He said the woman took the wrong order, and just came back with them, I said I was not taking them as they were opened. Not impressed that we had to initiate a move to get service. I think new ownership or management has caused the drop in service and quality. Dude came out for a round two at that point and kept saying nonsense like 'I'm a mask expert, I'm certified' and 'I'm a brick wall nothing you say is going to stick' when I said he should be ashamed of himself for attacking someone who clearly identified they were in cancer recovery. And all this in front of a line of customers. Owner/wife comes out to tell him to stop yelling in front of customers but not a peep of apology to us. Only the cashier was decent, they looked mortified by the whole thing and swiftly completed the refund. Went from my husband doing a happy dance in the parking lot at the thought of milkshakes and chock-chip cookies, to near tears absolute humiliation.
