The customer service is non existent and the workers are unbelievably slow and incompetent in every way possible. The food here is terrible compared to any other fast food in Amherst and other McDonald's in other places. They will also charge for sauce packs regardless of what you spend and then make you wait in line again to pay the 30 cents. Every other McDonald's has decent customer service and will reward good customers. The franchise owner should sell this McDonald's immediately and then ask the government for money because that's all they can handle.

However, the rest of the meal was satisfactory- the Grandpa Burger was delicious, despite presentation issues, but who really expects a perfect looking burger? Also, they used *real* vanilla ice cream in the float- a definite must on a hot day, or if your sweet tooth is aching for it. Not the real Southern style, but what do you expect in Canada? The homemade sauces are great.
