He has returned our calls almost immediately, many times rushing over to help us when its been an emergency. First time, we emptied our black tank we broke the pull-lever and had no clue how to replace it and panicked because it was full! No job too little and Payton came over and immediately replaced it. 2. Second time, our water line froze and I accidently left the bathroom sink handle on and flooded everything. The under-belly cover of the trailer was bursting with water...Payton came within 20 minutes 3. Third visit, He placed heating sensors to keep tanks from freezing and also wired an extra outlet in dining area so we could work on our laptop. 4. Fourth visit, yes we broke our toilet flange and we could not pull it out or use the bathroom...its Payton day off but as he was running errands he called us back, stopped at Home Depot and picked up what was needed and fix it!!! Called and spoke to Jason from the road about an hour away. His techs were busy but he was able to squeeze us in. Another RV repair shop nearby quoted me a $300 emergency fee out of pocket just to look at it quickly. Perfection replaced the pump in about an hour and got the repair authorized and paid for by our warranty. They even waived our deductible and wished us a happy trip. By far the best rv or auto repair experience I've ever had. It was a simple problem and repair, but could've added a bunch of stress to our trip if not fixed. And the new water pump is quieter and better quality than the one it replaced.

Long story short, Pit Stop RV and Trailer was highly recommended by another RVer. I spoke with Casey, and he felt they might be able to help me out. It was decided that I would stop by there as I passed through on my way to Idaho Falls, about 20 miles south of Rexburg, the next day, July 17th. Before I could even get out of the motorhome, Chase met me, took pictures and measurements of the door and the area around it. I had already made the decision that I would stay in Idaho Falls while Pit Stop tried to locate a replacement door. Casey kept me updated on the lack of success in trying to locate the replacement. I can say that Pit Stop tried all avenues they could before they finally found a business that appears to have one, but the lead time is unknown. Today is August 8th, and because of the lead time to get the door shipped in, etc, I need to leave the area by the 12th. I spoke with Casey about settling my bill. Casey was very quick to point out that the email he sent to me was for whoever I have repair my door when I arrive back home in Nevada as they knew that I was limited on time and that there was NO bill to be paid! These two young brothers went out of their way to locate a door for me and shared the information with me knowing that I may not be around for them to complete the job! I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received by these brothers. The RVer who had recommended them to me told me that while they waited on the axle for his 5th wheel, he was staying at the farm where the business is located in his 5th wheel!
