Michael and the crew did a wonderful job for the two sump pumps and the two back flow water valves, the job locations both inside and outside the house were clean after the installations. The sewer line was partial blocked and Michael repaired that at no cost, after the work he inspected the line with camera all the way to the street level. Job well done! BTW, my neighbour and us received the rebate money back within two weeks even though the website says 4 to 6 weeks. The total cost after rebate was the $50 application fee.

After the first rainstorm water started leaking through the wall - it ruined my floors and everything in my basement! Rule #1 always get an inspection when you buy a house! I googled foundation repair, and a number of companies popped up and I started calling around. A few of them refused to even come out and quote me and others were just plain rude when they arrived! I called the big companies before I called MacRae and what a relief! Polite, friendly and they scheduled me in the next date for a quote. Gavin came out and quoted me for the repair. I took a few days to consider my options but, because of their professionalism it gave me the confidence that they were the right people for the job. Not only did they deliver on time the work was clean and so neat and they even delivered below budget! It's rained hard since and the repair is still solid. Thanks GJ MacRae!

I found out about Brooms and Roses when I submitted a Request A Quote for cleaning services on Yelp after our regular cleaner has had to cancel the past two sessions at the last minute. Bertha's prices were incredibly competitive and totally fair compared to the crazy quotes I received. Point of interest, I submitted one quote request and got over 10 responses within 6 hours. Speaking of time, Brooms and Roses are fast and detailed. My wife and I take all weekend to clean our home, and our regular cleaning service ranges from 4-7 hours depending on how deep a clean she needs to do. Today, 2 hours start to finish, it was like watching two cleaning tornados give my house a makeover. Bertha comes from a hotel housekeeping background and so her quality of work and speed is clearly well learned and trained. I'm floored beyond belief. We're going to be using her services again without question and if you're in the west end of the city, Mississauga, etc give her a call you won't be disappointed! Thank you Bertha you really saved us by coming over on such short notice BOOK. THIS. COMPANY!! END OF DISCUSSION

The colour options offered really open your eyes to how your makeover will pop! Workday came and Pedro AND his crew - the latter should be recognized considering the work involved - were professional, amiable; considerate, and as importantly, competent in making the back pool and eating area a work of magic - WE LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! Have no hesitation in recommending GTA RS - at least give them your time in quoting you a price - no harm, no foul. We're open to questions should you have any. Thaks so much Corrie, Pedro and team!
