I dropped it off before they opened- day of the appointment like the guy told me to. I called around 11 am to check their progress, and one had looked at it or knew that I had an appointment until I called. Then a different guy started quoting me over a $1k for both axles' brakes and a "tune up" bc the miles are high. Also if you ask to pull it after they look at it, it's $100 for diagnosis if you want your car back. Had I known it was gonna be a mess, I would not have dropped it off. I dealt with two different guys on the phone but it seemed like I was talking to two different businesses. Normal shops would continue to work on your unit they already stated was ready and in the work queue, not this shop. We will get to it when we can. My appt was on June 23rd. Didn't look at it till the July 2nd then again on the 14th only after me calling and bugging them. Told me it was ready on 15th. Went to pick it up on 18th noticed it was broken still. They did not test drive or fix it. Had both owners test drive it and they admitted it was still defective. As of 8/1 they still haven't diagnosed it or looked into it. Obviously the problem starts at the top with the owners and lack of leadership and professionalism. They keep taking in vehicles knowing they are a mechanic down and letting them pile up rather than fixing what they have. Avoid this place at all cost! Waste of time and money, nothing but headaches. Don't leave an honest and bad review the owner will stalk you, call you an fu*kin Karen and cuss you out right in the show room. Owner and 2 staff members cussed me out there. Is there a lien release? Is there a lien? Who knows. We were treated completely unprofessional. If you speak to someone in a manner its going to be given back. I spoke with the man who claimed he was an owner and I would never and will never recommend or return. I asked for additional owner information and was told it was none of my business on top of being told we were pathetic, difficult to deal with, called liars, said we didn't have our stuff because they still don't have the title for the car we traded in that we literally left the day they went. (Both were kept in glove box) I am appalled that anyone would speak to customers the way we were spoke to and yes, I will even own that my husband snapped back but I was professional, and the owner was nasty. My wife and I were counting the other day... we have purchased 19 new vehicles of just about every make since we have been married, and I will say this has been the most pleasant experience to date, which is actually surprising because we had a trade to deal with and all of the fun that comes along with that. They gave us more for our trade than any of the other dealers we had visited on the same street (might I suggest staying FAR away from a certain nearby Chevy dealer), and it wasn't even a haggle. It was quick and easy and I didn't get ripped off. I didn't even have to FIGHT to not get ripped off. Imagine that! Our salesman, finance guy and the woman who helped us set up the truck with Onstar service were all just wonderful. I will say I really thought that having a dedicated person to go over the vehicle with you and help you deal with the annoying account setups and such is a GREAT touch of service. Now I haven't experienced the service department yet, and admittedly that is where a lot of dealers lose the repeat customer. We traded in a Toyota and their service department is the sole reason we swore to never step foot in a Toyota dealer ANYWHERE again. It was that bad. I don't expect anything but great service here though based on my experience so far. Bottom line... we feel like we lucked out by coming here and getting the service we received. This dealer is, in our experience, a diamond among the dirt along 36th street.

Rodney and the team will tell you whatever you need to hear to make the sale, but unfortunately,…read morethey don't seem interested in standing behind what they promise. Before purchasing a used car, I specifically asked that the vehicle be within the lower-state sales-tax range. I was assured that it was. The same day we purchased the car, I got home and saw that they were running a "sales tax paid" promotion on ALL used cars. I called to ask why we didn't receive that promotion and was told our sales tax would only be 3.5%--roughly $315. I was also told the cost to repair a part on the car would be around $500. Based on that information, we moved forward. Unfortunately, we later discovered that what we were told about the vehicle qualifying for the lower sales-tax rate was not true. We are now out substantially more money than what we were told we would be paying. I called and spoke with Rodney on Wednesday. He told me, "We'll make it right. I'll call you tomorrow." He never called. I called Friday morning and asked for Rodney. I gave my name and was put on hold for 14 minutes, only for the call to eventually disconnect. I called back and spoke with Joey, who said Rodney had just gone to lunch and would call me as soon as he returned. Five hours later, there was still no call. I called back using a different name, and suddenly Rodney answered immediately. When I explained the situation and what we had been promised, his response was essentially, "We can agree to disagree." He then said, "It's all under camera in the finance office." I explained that the conversation about what we were being promised happened in his office, where he and Joey/Jody had us agree to and sign the paperwork and credit approval. Rodney then admitted they apparently don't have a camera in that office. What makes this especially disappointing is that Rodney came across as extremely Godly and trustworthy during the two hours we spent with him while purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately, our experience afterward did not match that impression. I am extremely disappointed--not just because of the additional money we are now out, but because of how this situation was handled when I tried to get answers. **My recommendation: look elsewhere if you want a dealership that will stand behind what its employees tell you before you sign.** I would not want another customer to go through what we did.
