They now have a limited offering of Skippers seafood to go with the burgers, corn dogs, etc. where else can you get clam strips, gas, ATM, a gallon of milk and some pantry essentials. No wonder they are always so crowded. In 8 years I've never seen it without at least 5 or more customers at any given time. Not to worry though the ladies at the registers are very fast. Even with a large lunch time crowd of workers, Moms and Grandmas with kids, and others the lady working the deli did a great job. They also do phone in orders and recently added a self serve milkshake machine. A little gem in the south suburbs. If you are in the area and need lunch or some convenience store items this is the place. Owner seams to try constantly update with new stuff.

The two old lady's didn't say anything to me. I asked politely how much longer on the taquitos. She said she wasn't sure it's been on there cooking for 1 hour. She touches it with her hands to feel if it was warm and said yeah there good and asked me if I wanted one. I said yeah the one you didn't touch. The taquito was cold and I left disgusted. Not sure how it's not common sense to not touch someone else's food with your hands you were just coughing in because you were sick. Then also have no common sense to say it was cooking for an hour and you weren't sure if it was done. Since when does a chicken taquito take 1 hour take make and still be cold. Absolutely retarded.

Grabbed one and we were on our way to the register to pay when the guy behind the tap counter stopped us. "Can I get you guys a sample?" He asked us as we were staring at the three electronic screens full of beer choices on tap. We weren't going to get any, but then he told us about the new Growler Cans. You can buy a can for $.99 and fill it for the price of a 32 oz growler. (The can is 32 oz). The guy that helped us was super friendly, he recommended several beers and let us sample as many as we wanted. We ended up walking out with two growler cans. I love the cans! They are a convenient way to get beer from the tap to go without having to spend money on a growler if you didn't bring one of your own. This is the second time I've been, and they've been great both times. It is, however, in a convenience store, so there's kids hanging outside. But if you don't mind people, it's a great place to run in for some great beer selections from local breweries. The downside was the price as many others stated. But I considered this a "treat" which I don't indulge in very often. Buying 64 oz is definitely a price break and a better value.
