The woman who was working the register today at 2:20 p.m. is always extremely rude to me and…read moreargumentative. I'm a longtime customer, and have never experienced that behavior from any of your other employees. For example, today I stood to the side while searching for an online coupon. She sneered at me, as usual, asked me what I was doing, I told her, and she responded, "We don't take coupons." I said, "Sure you do as long as they're digital" while I waited for the coupon to load. Once it loaded, I got in line, asked for the Alto refill pack, she got it, then tried to tell me the coupon was for a single, as in a pack containing only one pod. Alto doesn't sell refill packs with only one pod in it. A refill pack contains 2 pods minimum; therefore, it was a single pack and unbelievable to me that she works with the product daily but doesn't know that. As people began forming a long line due to her complicating what should have Bern a two minute transaction and rang up my purchase. I asked for a receipt, and she told me to move. I asked again, and she yanked one out of the register, slapped it on the counter and barked at me to move again. I find this lack of proper customer service to be extremely rude and unprofessional, and it is only one example of her behavior. I say "her" because when I asked for the clerk's name, she refused to give it to me. I would rather pay higher prices elsewhere than continue to be treated in that manner by someone with terrible customer service skills. Therefore, I will no longer shop there until the situation is rectified.
