The last time I took in my lawnmower for a tuneup it came back with a loose wheel nut/bolt. The wheel fell off shortly after I was cutting my grass for the first time after picking it up. They also offered and charged me for a non-stick coating for my mower deck. On pick up, the deck was the exact same as when I took it in, with no coating. New generation of owners and repair staff. No longer a good place to take your lawnmower. Unfortunately, I must admit that I don't trust them anymore for quality or ethical work and will never recommend them. I used the mower a couple of times and it was still surging and down on power. I called him back and his reply was it was outside the 30 day warranty.
