Several areas were missed, and there were visible streaks left behind after the job was completed. Communication was also poor -- I had to follow up multiple times before getting a response. The appointment started late, and they seemed rushed throughout the process. I expected better attention to detail for the price charged. When I brought up my concerns, the resolution offered did not fully address the issues. Unfortunately, I would not use this company again based on my experience.

They didn't miss a thing! Afterward, knowing that all that grime left behind was scoured away was a fantastic feeling. I hired Grimes Cleaning LLC for routine janitorial services for my business. Unfortunately, the…read moreservice consistently fell short of what was agreed. The contract included wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping. Across multiple visits, only the floors were swept and mopped. Surfaces were not wiped at all -- even after my staff clearly labeled areas that needed cleaning. My team personally observed the work each time and had to clean afterward. When I raised the issue, the worker on site told me he wasn't paid enough to do the work being requested and that I should take it up with the owner. I did reach out to the owner, offered opportunities to correct the issue, and even suggested different staffing. Instead of addressing performance, the response shifted toward enforcing the contract and later attempting to reprice completed work. I ultimately discontinued the service due to repeated nonperformance. The experience did not match what was sold to me in terms of professionalism or results. I would not recommend this service for businesses that need reliable, thorough janitorial work.

My…read morehouse flooded in the summer of 2022, and I'd never made an insurance claim before or dealt with any kind of property damage. After speaking with Tim and Michael at our first meeting, I instantly felt relieved like everything was going to be okay. They walked me step-by-step through the process of what was to come. Luckily, they are also a one stop shop. They handle water mitigation and contractor work, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They worked directly with the insurance company and utilize the same system as well. Gulf Coast Contractors do excellent work and exceeded my expectations by repairing other things in my home for me along the way that needed work. I didn't even ask, they just saw things and offered to fix them for me since they were already doing work in the house. Most importantly, they wanted to help and make things easier for me and all the while did not receive a dime of payment for months. Nonetheless, this did not stop the way they treated me or performed their scope of work. They even found ways to fit things into the budget that were not really there to ensure I got the items I wanted and the look I desired. Just hire Gulf Coast Contractors, you won't be disappointed. My favorites were DJ and Michael France. Great people!
