The dentist I work with has been cool in my limited interactions with her. However, she is on vacation. I recently received a partial lower denture, and it's causing me pain. I call the dentist office, and the great women of the front desk inform me of that. I ask if the other dentist that's working now, can tend to it...see, I live paycheck to paycheck. I am one of those who cannot afford an emergency of more than $400. I had to use care credit on this, because it's the only way I can afford a procedure of dental kind, because dentists in this country, are such an incredible rip-off. They cite "tort" but it's price gouging, plain and simple. They all collude, clearly, because all the charge the same, or thereabouts, for all the different services. Well, the coward dentist that's working now, decided she did not want adjust my partial denture, all I needed was an adjustment of one area that's causing me pain. But, she chose not too because she does not want to be held liable. Liable for what? Is she going to put an explosive in my denture? Is she going to yank my teeth out? What liability for a tiny area on a partial denture? So, she clearly did not want to have a conversation with her partner, my dentist, to say "hey, I adjusted one of your clients partial denture in one tiny area. Fine. Now, she can have the conversation with my dentist explaining why she didn't adjust it, and how she lost a client for her partner (my soon to be former dentists." When I make a purchase like this, it's a big deal for me. Now, i can't wear it, the fruit of my labor, for 2 more weeks, because of the cowardice of the dentist working currently. Dr. Gallante and his staff are true salt of the Earth kind of people. They first extracted all 4…read morewisdom teeth for my wife and took excellent care of her, so much so I went back a year later for the same procedure and it felt like they took even better care of me. Dr. Gallante is a kind and genuine surgeon and makes you comfortable every step of the way. I had NO pain through out the whole procedure through the use of local anesthesia. I was told I should eat real food to help with the healing process: protein, chicken, eggs, etc., based on my tolerance. The day after the surgery I was eating pizza. The inflammation was minimal and little to no pain during recovery which highlights just how good Dr. Galante is at what he does. I highly recommend this office and have already referred family, because that's how he treats you, like family.

There is genuine concern for patients. I have even been called unsolicited after their work hours just to check and see how I was doing after a procedure. I originally had a tooth cleaning scheduled but during the week one of my molers had cracked so i called them to reschedule me at an earlier date and time, which they did for the next day .When I got there the reception girls at the counter were very pleasant, professional and not nasty at all. The staff there are nice/friendly and every time I come for a cleaning, they do a thorough job and answer all my questions. They even clean your night guard for you if you request it, just tell them at the beginning of the visit so you don't need to wait around for it. The office is clean. And another bonus if you care is that the bathrooms on the floor have bidets. What's interesting for me at least is that everytime I go, I have had a different person tend to me. I really appreciate the front desk staff who are patient with me when it comes to scheduling my appointments as my schedule changes often and have to reschedule due to my work. They will also send you text reminder so you don't forget about your appt as time gets closer. Only other thing is that they used to have weekend opening but due to staffing they're hours are a little more limited now. Highly recommend checking them out!
