We are very happy with our new patio cover as Mike got it done in one day and cleaned it all up. Other service people can learn from Mike's way of doing things. He actually went the extra mile and sent me the included picture when he was finished and communicated very, very well before and after the project and didn't set unrealistic expectations. We will definitely utilize his services again for painting, and possibly a second patio cover. God Bless Y'all & Thank You Mike and Yelp! Brad

Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.
