These are the people that make it hard to trust these home service businesses. I would stay far from these guys. I have an old friend that happens to be an Engineer and a HVAC tech. He has worked on my furnace and A/C over the years. He was not available until after hours and I wanted my air back on faster because it was so cold, so I decided to get these guys out sooner. Terrible mistake! Justin thought he could run a fast one! He removed my fan and pointed to a vent that is designed to be there and tell me that is the reason Carbon Monoxide is going to come up through my vents into my house and kill us! Disgusting! Sooooo dishonest! My guy actually tested the fan and the circuit board and identified the actual issue, which didn't require the unit replaced just the fan and the circuit board. My initial code was the pressure switch stuck open/closed btw.

I reached out to a few AC companies and ALL of them only offered for me to close some of my vents to force air into other rooms. At this point I was completely frustrated and went to Yelp and found Reginald of Accurate AC. I called him and he came out right away and was extremely professional and courteous. He was the only one who took the time to properly diagnose my issue. He was in my very hot attic for about an hour and informed me of my options. He mentioned either installing an inline blower or the best option was to build a distribution box that would route and distribute the air properly to each room. He came back a couple of days later and installed the distribution box. I finally had air in all rooms! He also noticed that I had loose wires that were exposed (a major fire hazard no doubt) and he also created a junction box to place them in at a very fair price. I had three other companies in my attic before him and NONE of them mentioned the wires! Due to his competitive pricing, high level of skill and professionalism, I called him back for another issue about a week ago, and he came out and went above and beyond again!
